This is an oceanfront home in the heart of Kailua-Kona. This home is perfectly situated on over ½ acre, on the ocean,in a private gated community.

The front portal opens to a pond with waterfall, followed by the house entry and detached guest quarters (King bed)along with private bathroom. This suite has a large slider that opens onto the pond. Enter the house you see straight through to the ocean.

The dining room and living area has custome furniture from Bali. These are all matched as to design and setting for this home only.

The Master Bedroom is upstairs with an oversized walk in shower and jetted tub. The master bedroom has a sitting room with 180 plus view of the ocean.

There is a guest bedroom (Queen bed)with separate entrance along with private tub/shower also on the second floor. There is a common entertainment room off of the master Bedroom and cirular stairway to the third floor with 360 degree windows and two twin beds.

The main floor opens completely on three sides, with large custom made folding doors to let the tropical breezes flow through the living area. The open island kitchen has massive curved blue granite countertop and Koa stools. All appliances are new.

The swimming pool is set to naturally blend with the ocean and recently completely refinished with lavastone coping and with inlaid turtles on the bottom of the pool.

In Hawaii, where ever there is a good air flow through the building from the prevailing Trade Winds, air conditioning is rarely found, especially on the oceanfront, this home is no exception. The following photos should serve better than any written description, if you Mahalo Nui Loa.

Please note this house was just recently renovated this year with new floors quartize stone, new kitchen with appliances and all bathrooms completey renovated, all new sound thru house and outside, new teak outdoor furniture.

There is nowhere else on the island you can be on the ocean and walk to a sandy swimable blue lagoon within a few hundred feet.
