However... We are brand new and very comfortable. All of the furnishings are plush...and very clean.

This Gulf Shores AL condo is Directly on the Beach. Step off the elevator and you're there! Our Gulf Shores beachfront condo is so convenient and so comfortable for a rental condo that guests often remark about how much it feels like a home. When you rent a beach condo in Gulf Shores you sometimes don’t know what to expect. This 10th floor Seawind unit has a highly sought after sunset view, provides indescribable views from both the west facing picture window and the corner balcony that looks both south and west. Look for Dolphins as you view the Gulf Shores Beach shoreline from east to west from the balcony.
The master bedroom and living room present fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and access the furnished balcony. This unit has a rare find in Beach Condos, 2 king beds, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and the study’s very comfortable extra long twin sleeper, affording a very restful night or afternoon for up to 7.
The kitchen is very well equipped including stainless appliances and granite countertops and a large laundry and utility room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a rare feature in rental condos, a large walk-in closet. There are tile floors in the foyer, kitchen and baths, with carpet in the living area and bedrooms. The private balcony is well furnished and accessible from the master bedroom and den. Enjoy the soothing sound of the Gulf Shores Alabama surf as you dine on the private balcony.
The very cool Sprayground / Wading Pool is a real bonus for the kids. But, adults find it irresistable, too... Yes, right next to the beach in Gulf Shores, toddlers can splash around without the waves or sand.

- Washer: This is a full size washer in the large laundry room. Very clean. Shelves & drying racks provided. Please remember to bring detergent.

- Linens Provided: Linens are even included for the Queen and Extra-long Twin Sleepers.

- Twin/Single Bed: In the Private Study. This convertable Sleeper is a premium Extra-long Twin. It is very confortable AND faces the 26" wall mounted LCD / DVD TV. Pillows & linens provided

- No Pets Allowed: We love our little one, too; but, the rules are strict. Kennels are available in Gulf Shores and Foley.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): Easy entry from the (free) Parking Garage. Roomy Elevators. Zero entry wading pool w/Sprayground. Please note: (1) The beach has a ramp for a closer view; but the softness of our sugarlike beach will not accomodate wheels. (2) The baths are tub/shower combination. (3) The new balcony doors have high thresholds; not wheelchair accessible
- Kid Friendly: Great location for kids of all ages. They will never sleep better! The 1/2 bedroom is a favorite for the kids. [Check out the guest comment from one little sister] We even include a Pack & Play (crib) for the very little ones.

Gulf Shores has been a favorite since childhood. Camping at Gulf State Park (after first grade graduation) is an all time favorite memory. Who would have imagined owning a vacation condo here so many years later. We live near enough by to stop by for a night or two or enjoy a week in the off season. The location is truly beautiful.

1/22-25/09 Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo this weekend for a girls getaway. It was a much needed break. It was relaxing! Sitting on the balcony reading or just looking at the beach made you never want to leave. We are even considering renting the condo again next year. I can't wait! We had read this book to see what people had said about the area & the dining. We went to DeSotos and they were right! The shrimp & crab bisque is to die for!! My birthday is next weekend & it was a great way to celebrate w/ my mom & aunts Thanks again,

What a great condo! It was a perfect for us. Our first trip with our wee ones, 2 1/2 & 1 year olds. Life at home has gotten a little too crazy and we decided on Gulf Shores spur of the moment. We were supposed to be here! Everything was wonderful-- the babies had a great time too! Great memories were made here and we will be back next October. This was such a blessing to our family! It gave us the quit time we needed to be together as a family & for myself to have quiet time in the Word--something that I look forward to as the babies slept at naptime. The balcony was perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We loved it!

The second penny: Dine at least once at Lulu’s, a nice open air tropical atmosphere with good food. I have stayed in several condo’s; yours is the prettiest I have seen. The décor is so beautiful!
