  We had a wonderful familiy vacation in villa number one. Everthing was perfect. We cooked every day in the big kitchen and had a great time on the beach. Everthing is like on the pictures. Rosemerie ist realy a nice lady. The price is realy appropriate for this location. We highly recommend the villa for everyone. Rosemarie thank you again.

  My husband and I just arrived back from a month stay at this beautiful Villa. This was our fourth year with Rose Marie, who we adore and we are returning in 2014. The villa is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The term 10 Steps from the Beach is really 10 steps from the beach. The nights are quiet with no sound of traffic only the sound of the waves from the ocean. We highly recommend this Villa.

  I had a great time with my finace' and it was just an amazing week for us. It is very private and clean. I loved the location and the neighborhood. It is very close to everything you need! I already booked my next trip with Rosemarie! She is a real "sweet-heart."

  In May 2011 my girl friend and I have been in an English- Language school for 3 weeks. We come from Germany and live in Cottbus and Leipzig. On Internet we found the apartment from Rosemarie, which is situated very close to the Beach. This apartment, which is very comfortable and clean, has 2 living rooms with 2 king size beds, 2 bathrooms, television and radio in each living room an a kitchen with full equipment. With free WLAN we could keep contact to our families in our country and we could organize our trips to the many nice places in Fort Lauderdale and in Florida. In the porch always was wonderful shadow, where we had all meals and also BBQ was possible. To the beach we only had to go some steps and every day we went there with the beach chairs from the flat. It was very wonderful to live so near to the beach. Also the ways to the centre of the town and to the language-school were short. Our car had its own place in front of the house. When we had a question, we asked the very friendly and helpful son of Rosemarie, who is living next door. We very recommend this domicile and we also want to rent the apartment in the future, when we want to visit all the places in the area of Florida, we could not see in the 3 weeks. We enjoyed our stay very much!

  The Beach House was perfect, 0.5 blocks from the beach and from A1A. It was close enough to the busy retail area of A1A while still being far enough away to afford peace and quiet. The house was perfect with a large courtyard and the provided beach chairs/towels/umbrella made our beach trip much easier. Ft Lauderdale is a perfect place for a wonderful time on the beach, great food, and near the Everglades and Miami as well. The owner was easy to work with, very professional, and provided tips to make our stay even better. I would not hesitate returning. In fact, I wish I was back there right now. I highly recommend the Beach House to anyone.

  I stayed at the property for and extended weekend and had a wonderful time. My boyfirend and I swam in the beach, which was only steps away, and relaxed and went shopping. We had an awesome time at this place and will definitely be back. Rosemarie was so very kind and a lovely woman. Kristen from Boston

  My husband and I stayed at the beach chalet for 10 days and it was the most amazing place. The location is great and the property is very charming and quaint. I would highly recommend this beautiful little 'jewel' to anyone. Owner is very nice and a pleasure to interract with. We reserved the unit for the 4th of July and the fireworks at the beach were amazing. We simply just walked to sand and saw the show!!! I was amazed at the fireworks show that the city of Fort Lauderdale put on. Annelise New York

  We have stayed at the Beach Chalet twice. It's a place we really love..30 second walk to the beach. Wonderful location. Everything is close by. Walking distant to grocery store. If your looking for a nice place, look no further. We will be going back for sure. Rosemarie is a wonderful hostess. You will not be disappointed.. Brian & Kim From Canada
