This completely renovated two bedroom two bath Condo is located on 127th street in a quiet section of North Ocean City. The unit is located on the second floor in a mid-size building equipped with an elevator right to your front door. When entering the unit you will find top of the line accommodations!
This unit is great for off-season weekend getaways or for your summer vacation. During the summer months we offer full week rentals from Friday to Friday. We also offer mini week rentals during the summer from Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday. As owners of Unit #204 Tides Edge, we take pride in the cleanliness and appearance of our rental units. This is not the normal Ocean City rental, no need to haul bed linens and towels, as they will be furnished for your convenience (NO senior week linens provided). Also we do not expect our guests to wait in lines at rental offices! Therefore we will greet you at the door to give you the keys or answer any questions about the condo or Ocean City.
The condominium is furnished with a king-size bed and an adjacent master bathroom in the master bedroom.The second room has two twin-size beds.There are also two queen-size pull-out sofas in the unit.
This unit is within walking distance to great restaurants and the fabulous Ocean City North Side Park!! No problem with traffic 127th street has a stop light so it will be easy to go north or south on Coastal Highway any time of year.
