The Cliff House property is perched on a private bluff extending over Seabright State Beach, a wide sandy beach bordering the delightful neighborhood of Seabright. There are two separate houses on the bluff: Seabright Bungalow and Pacific Bungalow. From our vantage point on the cliff, you can see the beach below, miles of blue sea, sailboats, otters, seals and -- depending on the season -- migrating whales.

Guests at our rentals are literally steps from the sand of one of the best family beaches in Northern California and just a short stroll away from the restaurants, cafes and markets of Seabright. Both the beach and the neighborhood of Seabright, with its craftsman bungalow and vintage victorian landscape, are consistently voted among the best by Santa Cruz locals.

Seabright Bungalow has expansive ocean views from nearly every room in the house. With 3 bedrooms (plus a sofabed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms, the bungalow accommodates up to 8 guests.

From Pacific Bungalow, enjoy beautiful unobstructed ocean vistas framed by picture and casement windows throughout the house. With 2 bedrooms (plus a sofabed in the living room) and 2 bathrooms, it accommodates up to 6 guests.
