This was a great layout for us. The kids loved the upstairs room. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Walking to Seabright Beach in the evening was wonderful. We were able to walk back-and-forth to the boardwalk easily.

Perfect Santa Cruz experience

We loved our stay. The home was spacious as welcoming. Lots of great info about local sites to visit and everything a family could need for a great vacation. The adults and kids both loved it and it was a great home to come back to after our days on the water. Will return for sure! Great home away from home!

Excellent vacation spot

The entire stay was awesome. The townhouse great highly recommended. Linda and Steve have everything you can think of stocked in the townhouse. Its close the beach and the boardwalk. Very clean and spacious. Will definitely come back.

A perfect homebase

The home is so cozy, well decorated, and a great place to act as home base as you explore around Santa Cruz. My children adored the loft with it's toys and games and my teen was glad for her own space downstairs. We are planning our next trip already!

Great location, well-thought-out floor plan

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The three-floor layout was great for our family; we could be together as much as we wanted but also have a place for quiet time. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, the shower nice and hot. The kitchen was well stocked with servicewear and cookwear, plus napkins and paper towels. We also liked how the owners decorated -- local flavor without being "beach cheesy." The location was central and felt safe. We'd stay here again!

Perfect stay

What a perfect place for us to stay. We were in Santa Cruz for a wedding and the rental was so close to everything that we hardly had to drive. There’s the Boardwalk as well as a number of restaurants and the beach easily in walking distance. The house is well equipped with all kinds of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. pretty much everything needed for a fun day at the beach is there. It is set up well for two sets of adults with two kids (12 & 10) and it offered everything we needed for a great time at the coast.

Great family stay!

We were in town for a wedding and I rented the house for my family. We live all over the country and so getting together is very important to me. The house couldn’t have been better. It was spacious and could accommodate all of us hanging out in the living area. The location was ideal. Walked absolutely everywhere. You will not be disappointed.

Already Rebooked for Next Summer!

My family and I had such an amazing time that I have already rebooked for next summer! The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to Verve and Seabright Beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We made lunches and dinners with food from the local grocer Shoppers Corner. We especially enjoyed the Natural Bridges beach nearby, which was a beautiful sight to see. The boardwalk is also very close by, but we never made it because there was just so much to do in the surrounding area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Santa Cruz.

Great time in Santa Cruz

This property was wonderful! Easy walk to the Boardwalk and the main beach. The condo was very clean
even sanitary strips on the toilets upon arrival. Something we have never seen before at a rental property. Very kid friendly..but there is a circular stairway up to the sleeping loft where our grandsons were sleeping, so just be ready for that. We also have a medically fragile grandson and the mid-level living room set up worked great for his needs. Access is only by stairs so his wheelchair was a bit of a challenge, but do-able. And parking
what a breeze! We all loved the casual, beachy decor which added to a really enjoyable weekend. Thank you Linda and Steve for sharing your wonderful property. We would love to stay again! W&L. August 2023

Great place to stay and I hope to return! Parking easily available on street and assigned parking available if needed. Everything we needed in the property for eating/drinking. Nice porch for morning coffee and enjoying the fresh air. Nice living room with fresh air and TV if you wanted. Good hangout space. Bedrooms were well appointed with comfy beds and good access to bathrooms. Everything was clean and lots of supplies/towels. Communicating with the host was easy and we received all the needed information without issue.

The property was welcoming. The home was very clean throughout. Kitchen essentials were available and well organized. We were within walking distance to the Sea Bright beach area. Our boys were thrilled they could walk or ride the bikes to the Boardwalk. It was only a short drive to downtown Santa Cruz. We would definitely stay at the townhouse again. Fantastic place in ideal location! So many extra amenities made our stay even better. The kids loved taking over the loft! Great Beach House

Fantastic Beach house. We loved that everywhere was walkable: the beach, the neighborhood restaurants. Great layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. Worked well with our family. We were able to walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and avoid paying for parking. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Great Family Stay
