Welcome to WaterColor! We are thrilled to share with you this newly built beach cottage. The house was designed and built by the owners construction and design firms. One of the attributes of this property is where it is located. The cottage sits on one of the premier parks in WaterColor, Florida - Wood Fern Park (camp park and pool area). The pool is just a few steps from the back porch! This cottage is unique in the fact that it offers comfort for children and adults to enjoy time at the beach.
Each bedroom has its own bath; with one full bedroom/bath downstairs; 1 queen bedroom/bath, 2 twin beds (BR)/bath, 1 King master bedroom/bath (with personal jet bathtub),and the laundry room all located on the 2nd floor. The third floor is a perfect place for the kids - 4 built in twin beds with nooks and drawers underneath beds. Also, the third floor offers a great TV/gaming and art area. Additional sleeping could be an option for the open area on the third floor. A bath is located on the 3rd floor as well.
There are great views from the screen porches on the 2nd floor as well as a shuttered and opened porch on the first floor for porch entertaining/dining.

This property sets on Wood Fern Park where families enjoy many opportunities together such as flying frisbee, a family baseball or football game, soccer etc. The camp district pool is directly behind the cottage with Patio Joe's grill available at the pool site (in peak times only). Bike riding is the way of transportation in WaterColor - a short bike ride (5 min.) will take you to the Gulf of Mexico where WaterColor beach club and beach amenities are located as well as shopping and restraunts.
