Year Purchased: 2007
My best friend and I purchased this property to fullfill our dream of owning our own beach front property. Since I live in Indiana and Robin lives in California, we make time each year to spend time together and enjoy the great blessings that come from a twenty five plus year friendship. Our hope is that you enjoy it as much as we do!
We have other opportunities to stay at our condo and invite friends and family often. On a typical day we head out to the beach first thing in the morning and walk for miles. On the way back we usually stop at the Holiday Inn to eat breakfast outside on the deck where we can look at the ocean and hear the crashing of the waves. Following breakfast we may go to our private pool, go shopping, or look for some other fun activity in the Ft. Myers area. The options are endless.

We wanted a property that would be attractive to retirees looking to occupy a welcoming and comfortable space for an extended period of time. The view is absolutely terrific and the other amenities are not only easy to find but in close proximity to the condo itself.

The most unique benefit this condo has to offer is viewing the various species of birds which take advantage of the natural sandbar. Whether you want to watch the birds from the lanai or head down to the beach for a closer look, they are truly amazing. In late February and March, bald eagles are bountiful.

My wife and I have been traveling the world for over 40 years, and this condo sits on one of the most beatiful beaches we have ever seen. The view from the lanai across the bird sanctuary to the Gulf of Mexico is astounding. At the time we were there, we could walk along the beach next to fledgling sea birds just out of their shells, scurrying around and attempting to flap their downey wings. It was very easy to explore the hidden treasures of Ft. Meyers Beach and Lovers Key on our bicycles. The condo was beautifully maintained with all of the amenities that one could possibly need or use, and nearby attractions for our two little granddaughters were plentiful. There are many restaurants nearby; however, the view from our lanai was too good to leave most of the time. The pool area is beautiful. The property was well maintained and met all expectations. We would reccommend this unit to anyone, particularly to anyone who has a love of the beach and nature.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
