Watch playful dolphins passing by or pelicans diving for fish...then off to great times on the beach and all the amenities and activities Southern California offers!!

This beautiful property offers you amazing views from two decks overlooking the beach below. Direct beach access is directly adjacent to the property, so just step outside and down to the sandy beach! Very close to the famous pier, but far enough to enjoy your privacy.

There is also a brand new beach trail directly below the property, where you can enjoy walking, running, biking and much more.

An attached two car garage for your convenience and storage. Master suite with an amazing ocean view and the guest bedroom and second bathroom are located upstairs. A full kitchen with dining area, living room, wet bar, sleeper sofa for extra sleeping and half bath are located downstairs.

This newly renovated, fully furnished property offers simple clean living, new hardwood floors downstairs, and feels very cozy and inviting - perfect for an unforgettable vacation in sunny Southern California!

  • This is a lovely property, and everything promised was delivered. It was in a good location, and it was easy to find everything we needed. I loved having a garage to park in, as street parking is difficult. The property was very clean, and had nice little amenities such as boogie boards, beach chairs, a DVD player, and a grill. The highlight of our whole trip was watching the dolphins feeding from our view on the balcony. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for convenience to the beach, modern, clean accomodations and very nice owners.

  • Loved staying at this condo. I was there in late August with my family for a week...wish it was longer. Definitely one the best vacations for me in a longer time and the condo helped with that. Very clean, great location...just so relaxing. Couldn't ask for anything more Thank you for making my vacation to San Clemente so memorable. I will be back for sure next year.

  • Your condo is wonderful. All the amenities that one could hope for and just a short walk to the beach. It was so relaxing listening to the sound of waves crashing on the shore below that our youngest slept the entire night. San Clemente is a hidden gem, especially if you are trying to find a place between San Diego and Los Angeles.

  • Very nice condo. Clean and well kept. Stocked with all your needs for the beach. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Tremendous white water views---was able to watch the kids boogie board from the balcony. San Clemente is one of the hidden gems of So. Cal. The beach is one of the best. Hawaii-style vacation without having to go to Hawaii. Thanks Anya.
