Year Purchased: 2005
As avid outdoors people, we purchased this property with the hopes of using it to its fullest potential during all 4 seasons. We currently have 2 little children who are not yet able to participate in all of the outdoor activities that surround the area, so we decided to rent out the condo so others could enjoy all of the activities that Southern Vermont has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose West Dover
We chose to buy a vacation rental in this location because we loved the easy access of the Moover Shuttle Van as well as the ski-home trail. Our location provides all the benefits of being "slop side" with out all the crowds and noise.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The most unique benefit of staying at our property would be access to the ski home trail. On fresh powder days, it can be the best run on all of Mount Snow. In the summers, and off season, there is a tremendous amount of tranquility and peace even though the condo is located in a large community.
