The living area is inviting with a wall of glass overlooking the Bay. Open the doors and get the cool breeze off the Bay.
The other two bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping area for your family or guests. One of the bedrooms can accommodate 4 people with two sets of bunk beds and the other bedroom has a twin bed. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors providing access to the patio, backyard and Bay.

Why the Owner Chose Rehoboth Beach
We both grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and would vacation in the Rehoboth area. We grew to love the beach area and its proximity to Virginia. Our neighbor and longtime family friend decided to sell her beach house and was very pleased that our young family would be enjoying the house for years to come.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The minute you step out of your car you can feel and smell the difference in the air. There is a calming sense of being right on the water. People have described our house as feeling like you are on a boat with the waterview in the backyard. Adults can relax while children play, ride their bikes or go crabbing. There is plenty to do and see within a short driving distance from the house.
