Rehoboth Beach pet-friendly rentals

We love the space and location. The straight walk to the boardwalk on sisewalks is perfect for fetting steps in and frabbing a cup of coffee. We love the lake and watching the animals and birds.

Grenoble Place was a wonderful place! It was clean, had plenty of room and the view is amazing! We were there in the off season and the neighbors were quiet. Once in the condo, you feel like you are in a home. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

We had a great time staying here during our long beach weekend. The house is perfectly located near the main strip of Rehoboth beach and within a very nice community with a couple of parks nearby. Our kids loved the parks and proximity to everything. No issues during our time here and everything had clear instructions as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a great family spot near the beach that is affordable and comfortable.

It was great! We liked the walkability of the location and the shady street was excellent for dog walking in the summer heat.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Honestly, I feel like the photos don’t do it justice. It’s brighter and rooms are larger than they appear. There’s everything you need to prepare meals and drinks. The patio made for a pleasant spot for morning coffee and an evening meal. The location is steps from Rehoboth avenue and a 15 minute walk to the beach. (We drove to Deauville beach each day to take advantage of the tennis courts as well as the surf. The parking passes provided made the beach parking free and the lot is steps from the beach.) The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. My only criticism would be that the Wi-Fi signal in the master bedroom is very weak. To be fair, I didn’t reach out to the owners for a remedy because it wasn’t a big deal to us. There may have been a quick fix. A signal extender might be a good idea. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again, if we return to Rehoboth in the future.

We greatly enjoyed our relaxing week at this lovely home. The house was very clean, and the friendly owner was quick to respond to any questions. We spent most of our time on the beautiful back porch, and we loved the fenced yard for our dogs. It’s an easy 15-min walk to the beach/downtown. The house’s peaceful neighborhood also offers also easy access to the main road/outlets (via 1B) and lets you bypass the traffic. We are already planning to stay here again.

We have been staying at this home for the past several years over Polar Bear weekend in Rehoboth. Home is within walkable distance to all activities at the beach. Cris has the home beautifully decorated and very welcoming. It truly is a home away from home. Every amenity you need including items for very young children and pets is included. Kitchen is also well stocked with appliances. We will be back in 2018.
