Welcome to our mountain retreat in Breckenridge, CO.
Our home is a spacious, majestic ski-in/ski-out property between Peak 8 and Peak 9 located about 100 yards from the ski path to Snowflake lift. Newly decorated with tasteful western theme furnishings, a full separate living area downstairs includes refrigerator and microwave and sink, large screen TV, game area, large ski area with benches and substantial storage.
Also downstairs are a sweet girls' room with two twins and a private bath as well as a boys' bunk room with one set of bunks plus two twins and large bathroom with double sinks and huge closet.
The master suite features a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and two large closets along with a double sink bathroom, jetted tub and steam shower.
The guest suite has a pull-out sofa for a child along with a queen size bed, large closet, TV and VCR/DVD player with large double sink bathroom. Just up the steps is a special loft area with computer, arts and crafts/toy area and kid's dream hide-out closets.
The kitchen has two sinks, granite counters, huge 6 burner gas stove, convection oven, and all of the cooking utensils you need. The living area features a see through fireplace, built in TV, two suede sofas (1 pull-out) and large comfortable upholstered chairs. The dining table seats 8 and can accommodate 10. There is also seating at the kitchen counter.

Why the Owner Chose Westridge
My husband and I purchased this property after renting in Vail for several years. We love the welcoming feel of the town of Breckenridge and the fabulous amenities-rec center, skating rink, easy access to shopping, variety of restaurants. The diverse ski terrain makes it a favorite family spot as everyone can find the right hill! Our home is a real haven for us and we hope it will be for you as well.

The pictures do not do this home justice. It is the perfect family ski vacation home. So spacious and well laid-out that everyone had their own private space. A great multi-generational vacation home.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Again, I would like thank-you for the use of your Breckenridge home. The whole group had a lot of fun. Your house was very relaxing. The kitchen was perfect, and we were able to make some great meals instead of going out for dinner every night. The great room was perfect for watching a DVD later at night, although it was difficult to stay awake during movies after a hard days worth of skiing! I can't tell which my group liked better: the hot tub or the steam showers. But I think they both played a great muscle-rejuvenating role.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. The interior design of your home is so warm and friendly yet very elegant. It is in great working order. The location is perfect for the snowflake lift and using the hot tub was a real highlight for our young people. It worked great. A few people went over to GTL to exercise each day which only required a short walk!
