The master suite and living room have triple sliding glass doors with incredible views of Charlotte Harbor. The private screened balcony and lanai provide magnificent views and al fresco dining. The sunrises and sunsets are simply breathtaking.

Boca Grande North is a well-maintained property with ample parking and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Nature and bikes paths, a heated pool, jacuzzi, and patio grilling and dining are only a few of the amenities offered. Boat rentals and Fishing & Sightseeing Charters are available upon request to owner. There are multiple docks for boats and fishing is great right from our docks.
Boca Fishing is some of the best in Florida for Trout, Snook, Snapper, Redfish, and especially Tarpon. Gasparilla Island offers 8 miles of white sand beaches and turquoise waters.
