Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo San Lucas is situated on the western side of the tip of Baja, overlooking the Pacific. Set away from the concentration of hotels along the Sea of Cortes, the resort's 50-acre site and expansive private beach provides guests with a uniquely tranquil and secluded setting. Pass through the private gates of Sunset Beach and enter a spectacular world of elegant accommodation, lush gardens, meandering waterfalls, intriguing fountains and an oasis of beauty surrounding impress stone villas that range down a hillside toward the sea. And below, glistening like diamonds in the sun, lie the Pacific Ocean and an endless stretch of pristine private beach. Sunset Beach is listed in the Conde Nast Gold List for 2008 and 2009.
The Villa is on the top level (in a two level building) and is a new (completed 3-09) one bedroom Executive suite (sleeps 6) with large terrace. Only one building between the suite and the beach and ocean. Near new pool, tennis, deli, several other pools and restaurants. The size of the living area is 1,088 square feet with a terrace area of about 1/3 of that. Feather top beds and an extensive pillow menu will ensure a good night’s sleep. A purified running water system eliminates all your worries. Please see the photo map of the resort (the Villa is so new that it is not on the resort published map) and floor plan.
This beautiful resort and spa is a must-see. Set on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas, this resort is breathtaking. Rooms are part of small quaint villas set on a hillside. Every room has an expansive ocean view. Complimentary shuttles transport guests up and down the hillside continuously throughout the day.
There are 6 pools on the property to choose from, including the mountaintop sky pool overlooking the beautiful desert landscape. The main infinity pool is located near the suite and right on the beach. It also has a hot tub and a swim-up bar. Food and bar/beverage service are available at the pools. There are numerous lounge chairs and tent cabanas at the pools and on the beach.
There are also multiple restaurants on-site, room service and two grocery stores offering a wide variety of food and beverages. A large grocery store in town has everything you’ll need for a long stay.
This five-star resort is a tropical landscape and home to an expansive beach that provides a uniquely tranquil and secluded setting. Other services include Jacuzzi hot tubs, adult pool area, swim up bars, children's pool area, lighted tennis courts, full European-style spa, and a state-of-the-art gym with individual plasma screen TVs, concierge, babysitting, Kids Club, daily activities for children and adults, deli and convenience store, dry cleaning, valet parking, on-site parking, on-site card rental, boutiques, aerobics classes, meeting space and a wedding chapel.
The resort provides all-day, complimentary 15 minute shuttle service to their partner resorts Pueblo Bonito Rose' and Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco in town located at Medano Beach on the Sea of Cortez. At these locations, you can enjoy full access to the resort facilities, access to swimming, water sports, or take a walk downtown, just six blocks away.
In addition to the flowering gardens, there are several aviaries, flamingos, and swans throughout the resort, adding to the beauty and tranquility of the property.
