5 Bedroom Luxury Home In Private Beach and Tennis Club

Our multi-million dollar luxury villa is beautifully situated overlooking the Sea of Cortez. This newly built elegant, Tuscan style villa features a large gourmet kitchen and great room living area, granite counter-tops, new appliances with mostly large bedrooms of which have great views. It has more than 5000 sq. ft. of covered area and a beautiful Jacuzzi spa that spills into one of the largest beach entry style heated swimming pools in Santa Carmela. Here you will find your own palapa, lush landscaping, covered patios and built in gas barbecue.

The master suite includes two large walk in closets, King bed and master bathroom with a large shower made for two. Master bedroom #2 has a king bed and it's own bathroom and shower. Master bedroom #3 has a king bed and it's own bathroom with shower. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed with a full bathroom one door over. Master suite #5 has a king size bed, master bath, wall to wall windows and doors overlooking the pool and the sea.

The house is equipped with satellite TV, fiber optic high speed wireless internet, free long distance to the US and Canada, water purification system for drinking - ultraviolet with reverse osmosis (lab tested in the USA for water safety) central air and individual air for each of the bedrooms, CD, DVD, whole home stereo system - with auxiliary input for your own music, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, etc… Upon request, we can also provide: full time cook, maid service, grocery shopping, in home massage and almost anything else you might need.

Activities include world class golf, excellent fishing, scuba diving, four wheeler's, surfing, sailing, tennis (on our own courts), sunset cruises, jogging, etc…. Our beautiful development of Santa Carmela has an ocean front recreation center with bar, barbecue and swimming pool for the residents and their guests only. Explore our own private beach with tide pools rich in marine life.

This home is an absolute dream! It is better than even the pictures show. It is laid out with wonderful gathering area in the large kitchen and family area. The bedrooms are laid out so everyone can have privacy. We used the pool and hot tub every day and the outside area is laid out like a resort. There is also a great view of the water and we saw many whales in the distance. Communication with the concierge was easy and so helpful. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed.

This house was beyond incredible. There were 6 of us friends staying for a week and enjoyed the amenities to relax lay by the pool, barbecue and hang out. This house was incredibly comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their own bedroom with a bathroom and we all cannot wait to go back.

We have stayed in a dozen VRBOs and this was by far the best! The House Manager was fantastic. She coordinated several of our meals with an in-house chef, assisted in some transportation needs and quickly responded to several questions during our stay. We were able to see both the sunrise and sunset from the pool deck as well as whales passing by in the Sea of Cortez. Everyone of our 10 family members loved this place. We rarely left the house because it was so relaxing being there.

We have stayed at a few vacation rentals and this place is probably the best. The house is even better than the pictures. From the large bedrooms to the great kitchen to the amazing pool area, this house delivers. The communication from the owner to the concierges Jonathan and Karla were great. I highly recommend this house. And you should look into using the in house chef service, Chef Cabo, as they were great as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back.

The entire family raved about how good this house was. Karla did an amazing job as property manager arranging many services for us. And owner even communicated with us. Relaxing atmosphere. Safe quiet neighbourhood. Clubhouse had phenomenal access to the ocean with spectacular views.

Perfect Week

This home is fabulous, just a perfect layout. The kitchen is well stocked, open floor plan to the dining area and living room which fully opens to the pool. All bedrooms have attached baths for the exception of one, but that worked fine for our family. Getting to the beach area (not a beach - more like a rocky coastline, but still beautiful and lots of fun to climb) was a quick walk. Close to lots of grocery stores, easy drive to Cabo and San Jose. Karla was a fantastic resource for planning excursions, restaurant suggestions, things to do, etc. she even welcomed us with chips and guac! We had Chef Cabo come to the house twice, which was delicious both times - even made us margaritas! Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful property

This home was beautiful and we had a great stay. Karla, our host was very helpful and responsive. The first part of the week my wife and her girlfriends celebrated my wife’s birthday and the second half of the week we brought our family of five and my sister’s family of four together for Thanksgiving. The place is amazing for a girls trip and just as great for a family trip. There is a Pickleball court within 100 yards of the house and we utilize it almost every day. We cooked at least one meal a day there and the place has everything.

An Amazing Villa

We had the most amazing week at the beautiful Villa Tuscano! The property really exceeded our expectations. Our group of four couples spent most of our time relaxing in and around the gorgeous swimming pool. And the huge kitchen/dining area/living room was perfect for entertaining. Karla was a great help in making our visit flawless. She answered questions, made reservations, arranged transportation and welcomed us to the private gated community of Santa Carmela. We are already anxious to return next year.

We relaxed, felt pampered and completely enjoyed this home, from the spacious luxurious surroundings to the relaxing pool and spa to whale watching from the deck. A short drive to Cabo beaches, fun water sports, waterfront dining and "no bad days". Beautiful large home that’s a little past its prime, but still a great value for a large family like ours. Some deferred maintenance and furniture staining from the previous guests was my big issue. I was concerned that I would get charged for the staining, but Jonathon agreed that it was there before us. This house gets a lot of use, especially with the chefs (who are great) coming in and using the kitchen and outside grill. Pool was not heated up before our arrival and didn’t get warm until we left. Spa heat up quickly, but turns off after an hour. Someone had turned the hot water tank temp down so we didn’t have hot water for the first night. One of our showers never had hot water but we can share showers. (There’s five in the house) Karla, the regular host is out on extended Vaca so we dealt with her brother Jonathon. Jonathon responded to any of our inquiries and sourced groceries. This is a nice neighborhood and Security is very tight so we felt very comfortable staying there. Uber drive to Centro/ Marina is about 15 minutes and 45 minutes over to.San Jose. Uber seems to be the play as they showed up approximately five minutes from the time we ordered. In summation big house fair price good location.
