6% Sales tax and 3% Room tax not included.
We require a $100 Security Deposit and $100 Deposit at the time of reservation.
The balance to the account is due 14 days prior to arrival.
Costs reflect occupancy for 4 individuals.
For each additional person we charge an additional $25
