PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
3 bedroom duplex in lake-front home in historic Ocean Grove, New Jersey located four short blocks from the beach. Five minute walk to center of town, Asbury Park and New Jersey Transit train station. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom with full tub/shower. Wood floors throughout. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen-size aero-bed (height equal to that of box spring plus mattress), and bedroom 3 has a full-size bed. Front door opens onto porch facing Wesley Lake and Asbury Park.

ACTIVITIES/ATTRACTIONS
Ocean Grove is a quiet yet vibrant summer retreat with one of the largest collections of Victorian homes and hotels on the East Coast. Swim, fish, bike, rollerblade, jog, play miniature golf or stroll on the beautiful boardwalk. Walk to beach, restaurants, coffee shops, delis, bakeries, hardware store, grocery, gift and antique shops, parks and bus/rail transport to northern New Jersey and New York City. Asbury Park, with dozens of new stores and restaurants in its Downtown and Boardwalk areas, is a 5 minute walk across the Wesley Lake foot bridges. Fitness club and independent film theater are also a 5 minute walk.
Throughout the summer many activities are planned in the town itself, including: July 4th parade, flea markets, yard sales, art festivals and concerts in the Great Auditorium, the largest wooden auditorium in the United States. Neighboring towns also have music, art and food festivals. A seaside amusement park is located 40 minutes away in Seaside Heights, Six-Flags Great Adventure Amusement/Water Park is located approximately 1 hour away, and the PNC Bank (Garden State) Arts Center is 30 minutes to the north. The Long Branch skatepark and roller rink is 20 minutes to the north on Long Branch beach.
