Recent landscaping and driveway improvements also made. This home has 3 bedrooms plus an office. King master, queen bed in guest bedroom, and twin with twin trundle in kids' bedroom. Also there is a twin size aerobed that can be placed in the office.

My wife and i have been coming to Nantucket for 4 years now. This was our first year at this residence. It was our 10 year anniversary. We made the right choice!! The house was in pristine condition both for cleanliness and for having amenities available. The property was even prettier in person than in pictures. The owner left information concerning restaurants and beaches which was very helpful. We were lucky to have great weather so we enjoyed the beaches and were lucky enough to get some photographs of seals playing in the water. The restaurants are always good in Nantucket. We love the Straight Wharf, the Club Car and the sandwich shop Something Natural was excellent. These were recommended by the Owner and we agreed with the recommendation. We are hoping to rent here next year and highly recommend the House.

This is one of the few places we've rented where the property may actually be even nicer than pictures. Wonderful upside down home, with gorgeous great room upstairs of living/kitchen combo. We ditched some of our favorite restaurants last week to pick up fresh seafood and make full use of the gourmet kitchen. Great location, fully stocked, including the wonder closet on the first floor with everything from bandaids to conditioner if you forgot something. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean. A great updated version of what a beach home should be in the millenium.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

This is an amazing rental for the price perfectly located within 5 minutes' drive to the center of town, Miacomet Beach and golf course, AND Bartlett Farm (for gourmet take out). The home itself is immaculate with every amenity. Lovely linens, state of the art electronics, and beautifully decorated. The open living/kitchen/dining upstairs makes it easy to keep tidy, and family time at home is spent looking out into the trees. All finishes are like new! Having visited Nantucket for the last 15 years and living there year-round for two, this was one of our favorite rentals, ever. A 15 minute run to Steps Beach for an evening swim and easy access (without going through town) to our favorite sandwich shop, Something Natural. Walking access to all in-town restaurants. Our favorites are Black-eyed Susan (breakfast and dinner), 21 Federal, The Boarding House, and The Galley (great sunsets). Owner was completely accommodating and beach chairs, towels, toys, bikes were all available for our use. A quiet dirt road nearby gives children easy access to the Madaket bike path without worrying about traffic! We would rent this house every week of the summer if we could afford it...a "don't miss" opportunity!!
