We stayed here during March 2011 and the weather was absolutely fabulous. The breeze/circulation through the condo was so nice that we never needed A/C even though it was in the mid- to high 80's part of the time. Inlet Village is so convenient to the beach and Stuart area. The pool was terrific; wish we had taken advantage of it more. Making arrangements was a breeze and the owners were so easy to work with. This was a last minute booking and they were great about getting everything squared away for us. Our security deposit was returned quickly also. We found everything we needed for our relaxing time away. We'll definitely be returning here.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My wife, 10 month old and I stayed in this unit at Inlet Village, Indian River Plantation for the month of November while I was on parental leave from work. My family has been going to Hutchinson Island for years and we really enjoy the area. It is quiet, safe and has all the amenities within close proximity. The location was great, a grocery store (Publix) within walking (30 mins) distance, access to the ocean and a great swimming pool beside the condo. We were in the pool almost every day; my wife really that doing her daily laps in the pool. Condo also has a great Weber BBQ in the common area which we used often; had some great steaks. The unit itself looks out on the golf course and had all the necessary equipment for our stay. The living room had a very comfortable Lane leather couch and chair and Sony TV & DVD. The kitchen was a little dated but we found it sufficient for our needs. Beds were also comfortable. The ASDL highspeed internet was also excellent; we were able to plug in our VOIP home phone and use our laptop throughout the stay. The owner was great to deal with. He took our Canadian money at par and provided great communication throughout the rental process. Our 500 dollar security deposit was returned promptly. We will definitely consider renting this unit again on our next visit to Hutchinson Island.
