The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The grounds are also well kept. The amount of beach toys, umbrellas, beach mat, fishing pools, tackle, paddle boards etc was amazing. Also there were so many shells to find on the beach! Our family of 12, from 5 months to 78 years, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When their ad says you only need to bring your clothes and groceries, believe it! We would highly recommend this house for your beach vacation.

Views of sunrise were amazing! We felt welcome the moment we walked into the house, relaxing music playing, the house was prepared with attention to detail in every room. The kids especially loved the little trinkets in the treasure boxes. Owner/manager very thoughtful about guests needs. Everything was well stocked for our stay, there was coffee, tea, some water, condiments, plenty of disposable plates, cups and utensils which made clean up much easier! Also super pet friendly with beds, bowls and waste stations/bags.Will definitely return to one of their properties in the future! Thanks, Al, we had a great long weekend!

This is a dream house. Architectural gem. Views across the ocean and river from everywhere. The beach is covered in shells. Al was always quick to respond to our needs. We loved being there.

Fabulous location

This was the ultimate location for us with both beach access and intercoastal access. The only thing I would change would be more sandy beach adjacent to the property but the rocks were interesting and fun to play on as well! The house is fully stocked and well equipped. The host really thought of every detail, and it shows. Great stay!
