Sticklers for cleanliness, we know what its like to have a bad experience. Not HERE.. we promise it to be up to very high standards with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. There are only 2 rentals of a total 9 units, situated on 1 acre with an expansive lawn area and picnic tables.. all just behind your very own courtyard.

From the "Courtyard Condominium" you can walk to the golf course, walk to the beach, dock your boat and walk to Tower Marine, hike the dunes, or take a ride on the only hand-cranked, chain ferry operating in the USA. For the adventuresome, hop on the "Duck," Saugatuck's WWII amphibious tour boat (tank?) or ride the nearby dune schooners.
