This cottage is normally NOT available Memorial Day to late August as it rents with another cottage.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

You are our guests, leave beds, toss towels on floor in shower, get computer and phone cords & turn off lights.

Remove any subscriptions from TV. We can't be responsible for their use after check out.

Please start a wash load of beach towels if used as they take so long to dry. Thank you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Contract must be signed and emailed or texted within 5 days of booking. Pool Waiver signature required. Dog pre-approval required.

South Haven has noise curfew rules. Weeknights 10pm Friday and Saturday 11pm move noise inside. Pool house closed at posted hours.

Convenient location to many activities. We shopped, walked the beach, walked to the Maritime Museum, took a boat ride and ate at several local restaurants! It was a great way to spend a long weekend. The cottage was clean and well-stocked with basics as well as a few treats!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marta's cottage. The little welcome basket and bottle of wine was delightful, along with the quiet jazz that was playing upon our arrival. The cottage is so cute, and we found it to be very clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to get to know Marta a little bit, and it is clear she cares about her guests and wants their stay to be a great experience...and ours was!! We hope to return soon.

Perfect Birthday Trip

This was a perfect place to stay for a weekend birthday trip. Marta was so nice. The property was available hours earlier than expected. We loved the complimentary grills and fire pits. The location to the beach was so convenient. It was a great place to stay with our dog. We definitely want to come back!

This cottage has plenty of windows, separate bedroom and open concept living, dining kitchen and then a nice patio and 300 feet of sandy beach just across the street. Great beach walking, sun bathing, swimming, sunsets and all a quick stroll to downtown South Haven. Catalpa trees all around the property too! Private parking too.
