The house is open and spacious...beautifully decorated...and there are many areas to gather and chat...or sit quietly with a book. The property is beautifully landscaped...and the swimming pool and hot tub were perfect. We also enjoyed the fire pit...great for roasting marshmallows! Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and share meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Allegan Orchards!

This property truly was deserving of the five star review. It was enormous, perfectly clean, and well-appointed with everything we could need. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from Saugatuck and wineries. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Wonderful fully equipped and clean home. The whole family (8 adults and 7 grandkids) loved the pool and all of the available rafts, noodles, etc. We utilized the large yard for a lot of outside family activities, games, bike riding, etc. Convenient to Saugatuck and local stores for supplies and ice cream! The home layout accommodated multi-family and generational privacy (and bedtimes), as well as for entire family group time and activities, both inside and out. Pool and Lawn service was great and unobtrusive. Would definitely recommend for large families!

My family just returned to their homes after spending a great week at Allegan Orchards!! Everything was great---very clean and well maintained home and grounds. The pool and hot tub were well taken care of and caused no problems.Easy to travel to Lake MI, Holland and other surrounding areas with lots of places to go and things to do and see.We had a couple of minor problems which the host was able to have taken care of very quickly and efficiently.All in all I would give a very high recommendation to anyone that is even thinking about travelling to the Fennville area and looking for a great place to stay!E Wiley

This is the second property my family (girls weekend with sibling sisters and adult nieces) have booked with This property owner. They both have been amazing. We had 17 adult women at this property and had such a great time. We used the hot tub a few times a day. Large yard was used for corn hole competition. Plenty of space for us all to eat together or near each other. We loved the idea of a mix of private and group sleeping quarters. Would absoluted recommend any of Richards properties.

Had a great stay with our group of 20! Plenty of room to spread out. The outside property was well taken care of and the kids had fun playing outdoor games, campfires and enjoying time in the hot tub. Would definitely return!

Property was superb and we all enjoyed the accommodations. One negative, a pair unwashed socks (not from our family) was discovered in the bed in the basement by my niece after sleeping there all night. Overall a very nice place and we would definitely stay there in the future.

We had a great trip to Allegan Orchards with family from out of state after our wedding. The place was the perfect size, had a great setup, and we had nearly everything we needed for our five day stay! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because there were some questionable cleaning spots that I felt could have been addressed that gave me the ick. Otherwise would definitely recommend this place to stay!!
