  We loved our stay at this condo! There was plenty of room for all 7 of us, and everyone felt comfortable and safe! The beds were so comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. The view of the ocean from the master bedroom was the best way to wake up. The building was well kept and the pool was nice too. The only reason I didn't give this condo 5 stars is the master bathroom shower definitely needs either a new shower head or some adjusting. The shower head only worked through half of the nozzles, and came out very forceful. It would just be a little more comfortable if it was a nicer shower head. Also the hot and cold water seems to be mixed up, but that was easy to accomodate once we figured out hot is actually cold and vice versa. Overall, we all agreed we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to our friends. We had a lovely time at this condo!

  I couldn't in good conscience recommend this property to anyone, I have a friend who used VRBO and had a wonderful experience, so I thought I would give it a try. Im sure that most of the properties listed on VRBO are clean and well-maintained however, this unit was not! There was a beer top in the shower along with mildew on the shower curtain...the stove was filthy...the dryer had to be turned on at least 3 times in order to get our laundry dry ( it wasn't overloaded)...the ice machine didn't work...the toilets needed scrubbing...and the absolute last straw was the fact that we found traces of an illegal drug in one of the bedrooms. I vacation in Gulf Shores every year and have had some minor issues while staying at condos but this year was the worst!

  My wife and I plus my daughter, her husband, and 4 grand children were down for Spring Break. I was concerned because of some of the reviews but happy to see it was in very nice condition. It is rare to find a rental with 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That made our stay more enjoyable. The size was just what we needed, 3 BR - 3 Baths with ample living space. A negative point was that the comforter/bedspread in the master bedroom was totally covered in small white balls, much like it had been washed and dried with a pillow that was coming apart. However it was clean, just not attractive. The condo complex was well kept and attractive and being right on the beach was great. I will definitely consider this unit for future vacation travel.

  We enjoyed our stay, but very happy to see Much needed improvements have been made. I agree with all the tile that needed replaced and all the carpet that needed replaced too. I'm hoping the ceiling fan in the bedroom by the front door got replaced or fixed too. My husband had to rig it to stop making loud noises. Housekeeping for us was great and our key was in the box and ready to go for us when we arrived. We are looking into possibly coming back again this year. If no updates were made this year i'd have to look around but since I see owner comment about changes I'm happy to try and just book here again.

  This condo is well furnished and has a great location on the beach--top floor corner with a beach view. The rooms were clean and the property was in great condition. The owners were friendly and easy to work with, and our stay was very enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend this place to visitors of all ages!

  My husband, daughter, son, daughter-in-law, & 2 granddaughters have stayed in this condo for 2 years now on our beach trips. It is perfect for us especially when you have 2 married couples that are use to sleeping in king size beds (most 3 bedroom condos have 1 king & the rest are queen size beds). We each have our own masterbed room with baths. They have a 3 year old that sleeps with them & our daughter who is 21 & the other granddaughter who is 15 take the twin bedroom & have their own bathroom. With a total of 5 females & 2 males 3 bathrooms is a must!! The last time we were there was right after they had put the new tile & carpet in. It's always clean & we have never had any problems. I would recommend this condo to anyone needing a larger condo for their beach vacation & I think the price is reasonable. One of the must eat @ places while you are there - MIKEE'S. This is my favorite place to eat @ the beach & I highly recommend it.

  Did not want to write a negative review and attempted to email the condo manager by email to address concerns, but there was no reply to my email and that was a little less than a month ago. All sheets in the condo had to be washed before slept on. Very obvious the sheets had not been changed as there was what appeared to be blood and/or fecal matter on them. With washing, all the stains were gone. The condo does need to be updated, but it is still a very roomy, nice condo (except that housekeeping services needs to be addressed and this is truly my biggest complaint.) Would I go there again, perhaps. if the manager had emailed me back to address my concerns, but in that she did not...probably not!

  Recommended for: Pet owners.

  Owner response: We have made some updates to the unit in response to the review. New carpet was installed in all the bedrooms this month, a new flat screen TV was installed. Many updates were made in the unit. A new recliner chair was placed in the unit, a new rug, and the patio furniture was replaced. As owners, we are concerned with the image of our unit and we strive to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. I have spoken to the housekeeper about your concerns. Future renters should feel confident that these matters have been taken care of. I apologize that you did not get a response to your email. I never received the email.

  We stayed here in June of 2011 and we were definitely disappointed. The carpet was terribly stained, a broken chair in the living area, everything seemed old and not very maintained. And there were very nasty stains on the twin comforter in one of the rooms and had to be washed. Had to wait 2 hours for a key to the condo because the code had been changed and no one told us. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again and would not recommend it. Not worth the money we spent.

  very pleasant.... For the space at the price I paid, I was very pleased. The unit is a bit older and there are a few maintenance & housekeeping items that could use attention and the carpet needs to be replaced (no odor, just stains) but otherwise, it was a very nice place to stay. All bedrooms and living room had tv's and there was lots of storage throughout the unit. The layout of the unit was fantastic and all the beds were comfortable and clean. The previous review on here, in my opinion, was pretty harsh. I would certainly stay here again!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
