I'm Kari and I'm a full-time resident of Park City - my goal is to make your stay as easy as possible!
This wonderful Park City condo has a cozy gas-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV and free wifi. A private upstairs loft sleeps two, and the sofabed sleeps an additional two. The building has a private entrance with keypad. And plenty of restaurants are within walking distance.
It's perfect for a family or 2-4 people. Great in-town location, right on Park City's free bus line. Minutes away from Deer Valley Resort, Park City Resort and The Canyons as well as Park City's historic Main Street. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are on site and it's just a one minute walk to the gym or spa. And just a fraction of the cost of a Park City Hotel!
Whether you're hiking, skiing, golfing or in Park City on business or for the Sundance Film Festival, you'll be happy to return to this condo to rest and relax after enjoying all that Park City, Utah has to offer.

We use this vacation condo ourselves as much as we can and love to rent it so other people can enjoy it (as much as we do!) for their Park City vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This vacation condo is centrally located in Park City, right on the free shuttle line, just minutes from Main Street, Deer Valley, Park City Resort and The Canyons.
Park City's Free Shuttle stops right outside the condo building and runs every 20 minutes.
Just steps from your door, Park City's famous Rail Trail stretches for miles and is great for walking, jogging, biking, and cross-country skiing.
Prospector Lodge is one of the homes of the Sundance Film Festival. There's a movie screen right on site.
Another location for Sundance Films, and host of several free events throughout the year.
Park City is a "historical district" so all the store signs are low and subtle. I promise you there is a Starbucks right here!
