I just returned home to Tahoe from 7 nights at Costa Brava and want to report that I had the most “Wonder-Full” time. My dog and I spent every day walking the beach on the outgoing tide, never knowing what we might find. We walked over the most beautiful rounded smooth rocks; that I hope to find out more about. At the minus low tide I saw amazing pink starfish in the tide pools and watched the locals clamming. I found several Pismo clams just lying on the sand, fortunately before the seagulls got them. One of the highlights was when a local fisherman handed me his baited pole and on my 2nd cast I caught my first Surf Perch. Sitting on the patio looking out at the horizon, watching the tide coming in and going out was mesmerizing. The variety of plants in the garden framed the charming well kept house beautifully, in true Baja style. At night I always felt safe and secure and comfortable in the house, enjoying my music, the fireplace, and the many video movies. This little piece of Baja is a diamond in the rough and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have an Ocean Front laid back Baja experience with all the comforts of home.Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

WOW!! We loved this place! The house is cute, comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The few homes near by are set back so when sitting on the deck to watch the sunset, you feel like you're on a secluded beach with a 180 degree view! It was so soothing listening to the waves at night. We felt very safe when the kids were running around the bluffs and building forts and when they were down on the beach building sand towers! They loved this place. The neighbors were so helpful with information about where to go shopping and what to see in this little corner of paradise. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Without question, we're coming back next year! Thanks Russ and Donna for having such a great place to run away to.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+.

Was a great little cozy house, quiet, amazing sunset, great ocean sound.... it was just amazing with everything we needed. Would recommend this place to anyone just wanted to have some relaxing time and to enjoy the ocean view.... no other houses infront of it... just rocks, sand and waves :) My family and I had such a great time there that we plan on going back! The owners or the person who is left incharged of the house are great to work with as well! You won't regret staying here!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
