  Excellent property. Quiet location and perfect for an escape from city living. The cabin has a nice outdoor feel and the lake is wonderful. The location is close to Augusta National where I attended The Masters. The rest of my time I enjoyed relaxing on the dock by the lake or sitting on the back porch with an excellent view of the lake. The other residents on the lake were friendly and made me feel welcomed. Also the fishing was excellent.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  First time being on the lake and I found the entire property to be fantastic. A quiet lake but the residents were friendly. Staying at this property made the experience even better. Apart from being a gorgeous cabin it feels new with all the conveniences of a vacation home but with a feel of a personal family touch. The deck facing the lake that features a swing and hammock that could not be more relaxing with a coffee in the morning. The dock is great for fishing and was from what I could tell one of the best docks on the lake. The property has been upkept very well and I found it to be a pleasure spending time there. I was there for the Masters and found it took only about a 1/2 hour to get over to Augusta. I also visited downtown area of Aiken that boasts some shops and restaurants. I very much enjoyed that area espcially the Aiken Brewery which I would recommend. Some grilling, fishing, a little boating made this a great spot for a vacation to the area. All around relaxing. I would strongly recommend this cabin and look forward to going back myself.

  Wonderful cottage, had everything we needed to relax, just open the back sliding door and breath in the fresh lake air. Wish it had been warmer with more sun, but that is not the owners fault. Only thing I was a bit upset about was that the listing said that there was internet access and we found none. I would suggest either getting some there (as most people still want to be connected, like we did to stay in contact with our kids) or to remove that from the listing.
