About this property

Aiken- Downtown Historic Cottage- Golf, Horses, Tennis, Bruce's Field

This adorable cozy cottage home was purchased in January of 2020, freshly painted inside, and decorated by a local well known Aiken designer from Nandina. At that time it also was updated with all new furnishings and bedding. It has plenty of on- street and some off- street parking, a charming private courtyard all on .5 acre lot. Sit on the porch swings, take a walk to the famous horse district, downtown or to the fabulously popular Wilcox Inn. Its all right around this home's location. Whiskey Road is just a block away which is the main commercial corridor of Aiken. The location just doesn't get any better.
NOTE: Cottage is not suitable for children 14 and under due to antiques, designer decor, glass possessions, etc.
The cottage retains its original 1923 footprint, so bathrooms are modest in size while still offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The back bathroom has a walk-in shower for easier access.
