The best of old Naples
The best of old Naples
Wonderful location, walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Well kept comfortable apartment with semi private balcony for eating outdoors. Grill and more outdoor tables on ground floor. Owners leave bikes and beach chairs for renters use which is great. Nice size rooms. We were very pleased with food and wine shopping in Naples. Wynn's market for seafood, Jimmy P's for meat and Total for great wine selection.

Beautiful 1 BR condo
Beautiful 1 BR condo
The condo location is excellent - near to 5th Avenue, tennis, and the beach. The condo is superbly outfitted, both furnishings and decor. All the little extras like laundry detergent, etc are already there. This includes bikes and beach chairs, etc. It is a very livable space. The neighbors were very pleasant. The condo is across the street from a school. So during the school day if you are using the screen door, you gets lots of "screaming" and fun sounds.

Owner response: Thank you for your kind words. We tried to make your stay easy by providing some extras as well as necessities. We find the sounds of kids on the elementary school playing field across the street refreshing and they remind us that not everyone is over 50! We hope to see you again soon.

This condo is ideal for a couple. It was immaculate upon our arrival; we were greeted with a lovely welcome basket and fresh flowers. Lovely living room and fully equipped kitchen, nice size bedroom with a comfortable king size bed with soft cotton sheets, down comforter and ensuite bathroom. It was convenient having a washer/dryer, especially for our wet towels after a day at the beach. The location is ideal, a very short walk to 5th Ave, for local shopping and restaurants, as well as from 3rd Street - Old Naples. The beach is a 10 minute walk down 8th Avenue, or a three minute bike ride on the two bicycles provided by Rick and Julie. There are beach chairs and an umbrella in their storage locker on the first floor, as well as tennis rackets and a basketball. For those of us who had to do some office work, the wireless was ideal. The outside premises are quite nice as well. There was a grill, table and chairs available for our use downstairs. When we next return to Naples we look forward to renting from Julie and Rick; they went the extra distance to provide for our comfort and enjoyment.

A First Time Visit to Naples
A First Time Visit to Naples
This condo is well located, in walking distance to shops and dining on 5th Avenue as well as to the beach. It is beautifully furnished with high end furnishings and linens and has a well equipped kitchen. It all looked new. The king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. There were a set of bikes and helmets at our disposal. Everything was well thought out from directions to and from the airport to a list of restaurants and walks awaiting us. The owner was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends. Naples is an upscale community with lots of good restaurants and a wonderful beach with an assortment of interesting birds. Our first morning we headed to the Farmer's Market. We enjoyed nature walks at the Corkscrew Sanctuary and the Botanical Garden, sunsets on the beach, a walk through the art museum and a lecture by dancer Merrill Ashley who had been with the NYC Ballet at the Philharmonic Center about 2 minutes north. Owner response: Thanks for your kind words. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Naples and look forward to your return. And extra thanks for sharing specifics of what you did during your visit in Naples. Rick and Julie
Everything is positive about this condo. Clean, recently renovated like a new place, well situated for the best parts of Naples being the Old Naples area near the pier and the beach. Also very near 5th Avenue, with lots of eating places, shops, and noisy night life! Short easy drive north to many of the tourist attractions. Very helpful owner. The condo is not very large but just fine for two. It is very well equipped, and we were thoroughly happy with it.

About the owner: We are a RN and an attorney. We are not retired but try to get to Naples for a week each month. We love to walk the beach, enjoy the sunset at the famous Naples Pier or the Naples Beach Club, bike around Naples (there are NO HILLS!) shop the galleries on 5th Avenue and on 3rd Street and play tennis. Did we mention the restaurants? They are wonderful.
