I rent the house to families that use it to have a nice vacation in a nice year round area and to people that come here to avoid harsh winters where they live, For a place where family members stay during family reuions also for business stays. I have several people that come back everyyear.

I was born and educated in the Long Beach area. I love old cars and traveling. My wife and I own several rentals in Long Beach but are trying to retire from doing so much work. The Vacation house was my Mom and dads home until they died inthe early 90's. I then decided to remodel the house so we could use the house as a guest house. The two houses are close to each other. We decided to rent the house part time and enjoy the added income along with meeting new people. Renting the vacation house has proven to be a good thing.

My family and I are from the Neatherlandsl and wel stayed two weeks in Long Beach. The owner and the house were both wonderful. Every thought to making our stay good was taken carea of. The house has everything needed. The patio and yard aaare just beautiful. I could not of ask for a better place to stay.

We are from the East. We have stayed three years in a row for three months each time. We come to Long Beach to get away from the cold. We are planning on staying again in January 2010. The house and yard and patio are beautiful.
