Contemporary Cape Code home with beautiful 360-degree views. Southern exposure; watch the sun rise and set from the new in-ground heated pool (18' x 40' - with automatic cover), living room, dining room, and sun room. Hot tub available all year round. Kitchen is remodeled with all new appliances, granite counters, new sink, lighting.
4 bedrooms: master on 1st floor with king-size bed, 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor: 1 w/queen size bed, 1 w/2 twin-size beds, plus single sleep sofa (this room has a small "hidden" play space attached for young children) . Full bath on 2nd floor, full bath and half-bath on 1st floor. 4th bedroom (located on the second level of the house with its own separate entrance) has a queen size sleeper sofa, and full bath. This large, bright room features 4 skylights, and doubles as a recreation room with cross trainer/TV/games. There are 3 blowup mattresses available for additional sleeping.
Just 3 minutes to the main town, 5 minutes to Catamount, 10 minutes to Butternut, 15 minutes to Tanglewood.

Just spent 1 month renting this terrific house. We had an amazing time! Excellent setting and location surrounded by farmland but close to town, skiing and all kinds of activities. Inside house is very nice, comfortable with lots of space to play, relax, unwind.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
