This villa has a fully equipped all white kitchen, including a dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Queen bed in master bedroom. NEW FLAT SCREEN TVS, one in living room, one in bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living room and built in bunks in hall (suitable for children under 10). Beautiful pickled wood laminate flooring in living areas. Located on 3rd floor so no one is upstairs walking on your ceiling.

We first visited Hilton Head in 2001. It was an amazing vacation. We fell in love with Hilton Head from the beginning. We kept coming down for vacations, longer each time then bought the condo until we found ourselves living close by, in Bluffton. We loved the friendly people, the beautiful tropical surroundings and the family feel of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. It was a perfect fit for our family.

We have been coming to Hilton Head for several years, and this is the nicest place we've been to. Everything is fresh, clean and relaxing.. Carol and Jeff made their home.....our home. The villa is decorated beautifully. Everything "goes together" and looks lovely. Carol is very organized and professional. Other years things have been a verbal agreement, check accepted, and never heard from again. So, thank you Carol and Jeff for offering so much of yourselves to others.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

Everything it says! The condo is on the ocean front with beautiful sunrises. It is small but very efficient, clean and in a perfect location close to everything needed in the area. Carol is very professional, friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Just got back from a winter vacation at Carol and Jeff's wonderful condo. The condo is beautiful, nicely furnished and decorated and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. My absolute favorite part was waking up to watch the sunrise and watching the dolphins swim by!!!! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Carol. Very polite and very efficient. We have already booked this same condo for our summer vacation in June. I can't wait. I would highly reccommend this unit to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful place on the South Carolina coast.

We *really* needed a vacation and the Aitas were happy to provide! What an amazing little getaway. Ocean front, not just ocean "view", real ocean front with an amazing view over the marsh straight to the beach. Never seen a more beautiful sunrise! The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room was spacious and comfy, and the bedroom had so much storage! I loved the laminate floors since it is inevitable that sand sneaks in. They were so easy to clean up! We had such a perfect long weekend. I can't thank the Aitas enough and we will *definitely* be calling again for our next emergency getaway!

Booked on line sight unseen, apart from photos, and couldn't be happier upon arrival. Clean, updated, and we loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast watching the dolphins. Hilton Head was a great, relaxing vacation spot and this rental was an excellent value! Would not hesitate for a moment to book again!
