Located just 20 minute drive from Disney, Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is a quiet, upmarket golf resort with 24 hr manned security at the entrance, it has excellent amenities including 3 communal swimming pools, a gym, children's play area, 2 tennis courts, bike paths, an attractive Clubhouse with a bar and restaurant open 7 days a week to visitors for breakfast and lunch. There is also a golf pro shop.
For added convenience, there is also a 24/7 Wal-Mart Superstore just outside the main gatehouse, with a gas station, bank, restaurants ( famous Manny's Chophouse is only a 5 minute drive), & many other shops.
You are also nearer to both the Gulf & Atlantic coasts - the nearest beach is about an hour's drive. You can shop at the many discount malls, selling designer and other goods at a fraction of UK prices! Eating out is very reasonable too with a huge choice of restaurants - all within an easy drive.

About the owner: Hemingway Villa is privately owned by the Howarth and Murphy families who are both based in the United Kingdom. We purchased our dream villa to use for both our annual vacations and for letting out. Our Villa is managed locally in Florida by an excellent Management Company (Raffordia) that provide a personal hands on service to all our guests. Since we purchased our villa we have invested heavily to create an executive feel within our holiday home that will cater for our guests every need.
Why the Owner Chose Southern Dunes:
It was our dream to purchase a holiday villa in Florida following many family vacations when we fell in love with the whole Florida experience. We chose Southern Dunes and this particular Villa for the following reasons:

My perfect day at Hemingway Villa
An early morning jog around the beautifully manicured golf course followed by a poolside breakfast. A fun packed day at one of the local theme parks with the kids, capped off by a relaxing dip in the pool and maybe a cold beer or two. Energy levels permitting a nice walk to our favourite restaurant Mannys (always busy) for a rib and bbq chicken combo served with garlic mash potato (very extensive menu but this is my favourite!) Once back at the villa maybe catch a movie on cable or just sit and chill out by the pool with a drink or two! Cant’ beat it.....
