We came with our 4 and 7 year old grandkids. They both said "this is the Greatest House ever"!The beds with slides, the theater room for their night time movies, the themed game room were ALL well received. The family pool with the hot tub after the day walking the theme parks was the icing on the cake.We had a wonderful family vacation and the house was clean and spacious.

This property was excellent for our needs - family of 10 with 6 adults (Mom/Dad and 2 sets of Grandparents) and 4 kids (7, 4 1/2, and twins 22 months). Plenty of Bedrooms and Bathrooms to accommodate all of us. The house is 20 minutes to all the Disney Parks. Best part about the house was free access to the community water park. We had 2 down days during the week and the water park was perfect to relax and reset. Minor drawbacks are the garage game room has no A/C, and additional toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags.

Great stay for our family of 8. House was very spacious and gave everyone the room they needed to be comfortable. A welcomed feature was that every bathroom had a full bathroom. Super-convenient access to all the parks. We would definitely stay here again.

The Galactic House is easily in our top 3 houses we've every stayed in! Our family of 9 decided to stay off property while going to Disney this year. This house is in a resort community that had security riding around 24/7 to ensure everyone's safety. We also had access to all the amenities the resort had. They even have a shuttle to the parks. I suggest you read the book when you first arrive to see what they offer. This house had so much space for the adults & kids to break away have time apart. All of the beds were very comfortable, as were all the linens. The house was very clean. The pool is where the kids spent most of their time when we were at the house. We had a small issue where the pool felt like a hot tub. Maintenance arrived within 30 minutes of me calling to report the pool not cooling & by the next day the pool was much cooler & tolerable to be in. The customer service was 5 stars! It took us about 15 minutes to get to the parks each day with a very nice Walmart about 10 minutes away. A few things I wished I'd known prior is your vehicle can not block the sidewalk in any way-we didn't know this & received a warning within 15 minutes of arriving. The driveway is smaller so if you have a longer vehicle (we were in a 15 passenger Mercedes van) be prepared to get creative with parking. Also, check in time is 4pm, the door code will not work until 4pm on the nose. We arrived about 10 minutes early & couldn't get in. We would definitely come back to stay again!

Thank you for sharing such a helpful review. We’re glad our home gave your family plenty of room to relax, and that you enjoyed the amenities. We also appreciate your kind comments about our team’s response to the pool temperature. Your notes about the driveway, sidewalk clearance, and the 4 p.m. check-in are useful for future guests planning their arrival. We’d be happy to welcome your family back. Sincerely, Manuel

Wonderful clean house - lots of room for four couples. Beautiful pool and hot tub! Only problem that we had was that our dryer was broken the whole time we were there. It was supposed to be replaced during our visit but it never was, Additionally, please note that although the property description says that it is a 1 minute walk from Disney - it is, instead a 20 minute drive.
