🏠 Southern Dunes Villa Retreat - Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home with secluded private pool overlooking the 7th fairway on the award-winning Southern Dunes Golf Course.

🎡 Situated only 20min from Legoland, and less than 30mins from Disney. All of the popular theme parks are a reasonable distance away, including Universal, SeaWorld, and Bush Gardens.

🛌🏻 This home is ideal for families. The Master Bedroom Suite is spacious with a King Size bed and en-Suite 5 Piece bathroom. Two bedrooms each have two twin beds and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. All Bedrooms come equipped with flat screen TVs. Relax in the spacious and comfortable living room with large sliding doors offering gorgeous views of the pool and golf course

☕️The open floor plan kitchen is beautifully updated with granite counters and stainless appliances. Equipped with all the basics guests can take pleasure preparing meals at home to be enjoyed in the separate dining room, cozy breakfast nook, or Al Fresco poolside on the Lanai. Alternatively take a stroll to the Golf Club for a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner in their fully licensed restaurant and bar.

☀️ Enjoy the fully screened-in private pool area which provides plenty of sunshine for swimming and sunbathing while keeping unwanted guests (Florida critters) at bay. Option to have the pool heated during cooler months is at an additional cost.

This place is absolutely amazing. The location is the best we have stayed in Florida. We could go on walks with our kids every day, go swimming in the pool, walk to Walmart if we wanted. The pool was perfect size. The lanai was perfect rain or shine because the sitting areas is covered. The rooms were wonderful and clean. Kazan is an amazing host and gets back to you if I had ANY questions at all. I would 10/10 recommend this place to everyone. Drive time wasn’t bad either, to Disney, or Busch gardens either.

It was so nice and quiet. Loved that a Walmart and Publix was close by and all the food options. This made our family visit so comfortable and convenient so you’re not driving all over town. It’s all right there! Yay!

Great Villa.

We had an amazing time at this property. A modern spacious villa with everything you could possibly need. It’s perfectly located, not too far from Disney and close to supermarkets and restaurants in Haines City, but in a very nice peaceful neighbourhood. Kazan is an excellent host and very quick to communicate. We left something behind after our stay and she has been very helpful in getting it back to us. Would thoroughly recommend this property, perfect for a family.

Highly recommend this villa, we stayed here July/Aug 22 for 3 weeks, Kazan has everything that you will need for your stay in the villa. We had a fabulous time here , very spacious and clean. The drive to Disney wasent bad. Traffic could get a little lengthy. The place was clean, the heater on the pool was perfect for the kids. We came to celebrate our kids bdays and Christmas. I wouldn't consider it luxury but it was clean, nice, and comftorable. Would def stay again.

Family Vacation

We took our little one to Legoland, Peppa Pig Theme Park and Magic Kingdom. All of these places were a short drive away. We were also about 45 minutes away from some family so we drove and spent the day with them. The house was great to come back to and relax. The house had everything we needed for our stay and Kazan was very easy to communicate with when we had questions. The golf course the house was on is nice and quiet. Definitely would recommend.

Great Week

My family of 4 stayed at the villa while in town for a baseball tournament in Auburndale. Villa was clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. The Southern Dunes location was convenient to groceries, and restaurants. I loved having my teenage boys on one side of the home with their own bathroom and the primary suite on the other side. My family enjoyed watching the golfers throughout the day, the various birds at sunset and we spent most evenings by the pool. This villa had everything we needed to make it a great week.

My family of 4 stayed here with a family of 3 and it was the perfect size for us. The only negative for me was there wasn’t a pantry. Maybe a storage rack can be added on the laundry room door? Other than that we loved the decor, pool, plantation shutters and my husband loved the pillow on his side of the bed.😂 We most likely will stay here again when we are back for the Homeschool High School World Series In Auburndale,FL.

Absolutely amazing vacation stay!

Villa was best we have ever stayed! Very up to date with awesome furnishings. It was clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and baths with everything we needed and more. We had teens who loved the pool (especially the colored lights in the pool at night). Walking distance to the restaurant at the golf club house. We even walked to the Winn Dixie and Walmart for groceries! Felt very safe in the gated community. We had so much fun golfing onsite going for long walks through the community. Short distance to Disney and water sports in Winter Haven. We went to three different beaches, Siesta Key, Coco Beach and St Petersburg beach. All in all the best vacation and would definitely stay again at this villa! Kazan was awesome and was great to communicate with before and during our visit.

Problem with VRBO

When I tried to get information on my stay, VRBO said I had no trip. I was able to contact a rep who was kind enough to give me the address and owners info 3 days before we checked into our property. I contacted the owner, by phone, for entry information into her home. We have stayed in the area before so was familiar with the protocol. Not sure what happened on VRBO end and MY Trip plan but it was not helpful. So glad I could make contact with the owner of our property. Our stay at her property was wonderful!

House hunting in Central Florida

Absolute PERFECTION! We couldn’t figure out why we were so relaxed there but did upon arrival back home. This home is on the 7th hole - a beautiful backdrop of greenery, the pool, all perfect and serene! The amenities were flawless! Our oldest works remotely in healthcare and was able to do so Thursday and Friday without any issues. The community is simply stunning 😍 a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we wanted… And I saved the best for last - Kazan is AMAZING! She is the epitome of customer service - she’s kind, patient and was very quick and efficient in providing answers to all of the questions I had prior to our stay. We WILL be back soon! Thanks again Kazan! We appreciate so much the hospitality shown!

The property was as described and shown on the website, it was really clean with plenty of space. The outside over looked the golf course which was great entertainment when the golfers messed up there shots.Communication with Kazan was fab and she even supported a slightly later check out due to a later flight time. She shared details of the check in/out process in good time before our arrival and everything was simple and straight forward. You didn’t need to think about anything other than food and drinks. The villa would easily work for multiple couples or two families with children as the bedrooms are either side of the villa. There was plenty of towels for showers and pool use too. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the mattress in the master bedroom as this felt very soft (I personally like a firmer mattress) and we often rolled into the middle, after a few days we got used to it so wasn’t a deal breaker and wouldn’t put me off from staying. Thank you for having us!

We enjoy the company of good friends, staying connected with family around the world and exploring new adventures. We are excited to have found a vacation home in Southern Dunes that allows us to not only relax and play but also explore all that this unique part of Florida has to offer! Kevin & Kazan

Why they chose this property

Throughout our travels we have always considered safety and comforts a priority. We were excited to find that the community of Southern Dunes offered these amenities and more. We are comforted by the security of the gated community that is manned 24 hours. We love the tranquil, well maintained neighborhood and the proximity to restaurants, shopping, theme parks and beaches. Our home, with it's private pool and spectacular views of the golf course checks off all the boxes for our family as we hope it will for yours too.

What makes this property unique

We love that this home is all on one level (no stairs to haul up luggage) and that it is situated on the 7th fairway of an award-winning golf course. Watching the sunset poolside on the Lanai is quite spectacular. The location of the property puts us within easy driving distance of all that Central Florida has to offer including championship golf courses, theme parks and beaches on either the coast or gulf.
