We had a fantastic stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The location was great, and the villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was lovely and well maintained, and the villa was full of all the amenities we needed. The gated community was safe, peaceful and beautifully kept, and having the driving range was an added bonus.Communication with the host was effortless before and during the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. **Highly recommended!**

Initially small inserts were found around the kitchen area, on the counter. We sprayed insect spray and this helped. Also noticed more small ants around the pool deck then we've noticed during past visits. Overall it was still a great stay in a beautiful home in a great location.

House was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. Pool area was clean. We had an electrical outage during our stay and the owner and property manager were very communicative regarding updates and comfortably. Both were fantastic! We would stay again!

Wonderful stay.

Everything was great for our stay. The location was easy to find and surrounded by convenient shopping and eateries. The only suggestion I would have is that the beds be replaced with a more sturdier bed frame and mattress.

Haines City secret

Great location out of the main central Florida communities. Pool was great for younger children. A third bathroom would have been nice, but our group of 8 managed OK.

The ice machine in refrigerator was broken, had to be fixed 3 times. The dishwasher completely broke down, they ordered a new one, it took 4 days to get it installed then. The couch and loveseat were worn out— very uncomfortable for our backs…… sagging furniture. On a good note, the home was very beautiful and decorated nicely! We loved the view of golf course and we loved the pool.If it had new furniture, I’d give it a 10!!Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are pleased you enjoyed the home, the golf course views, and the pool. For clarity, the furniture IS new and less than two years old, though we understand comfort is subjective - while some love firmer seating others enjoy plush comfort. The furniture at our vacation Villa strikes a happy medium. The dishwasher was replaced rather than repaired to avoid delays, with installation completed within four days. The refrigerator ice maker is fully functional and routinely cleaned between guests. We made several efforts to address concerns during your stay and are sorry the experience remained frustrating. We appreciate your kind comments and your stay with us.
