  This was our first Hawaiian vacation and, thanks in part to Robert, we now hope it is the first of many. The condo was a lovely and comfortable home base for our two week stay. The location, site ammentities and the welcoming and thoughtfully set-up condo was wonderful. The website descriptions and pictures were a solid reflection of what to expect and we were not disappointed in any aspect. Robert, himself, was both professional and personable during each transaction /contact and we felt he truly cared about making our experience the best one possible. We are already planning our return - hopefully extended to three weeks next time! As for personal recommendations of activities and restaurants - Our favorite eateries were Coconuts and Cafe O'Lei in Kehei, a little fruit stand just down the road (north) called Yees and Ululanis just up the road (S) for the best shave ice anywhere! Activites we would recommend are numerous, including hitting as many beaches as possible (each has it's own positives), whale watch tour with Pacific Whale Foundation, Air Maui helicopter tour, and just covering as much of the island as possible to take in the culture and many incredible sights. Some activities might first appear to be out of your budget but, with a little research, you can find some great deals on most of them if you are willing to book a few days in advance.   This was our second visit to the Kihei Holiday in the last three years. Our first visit of three weeks just wasn't long enough so we booked for five and a half weeks this time. We found Robert, the owner most excellent to deal with through the booking process and the suite was everything the photos portrayed. The beds were very comfortable and the unit is clean and well equiped with new appliances, cookware, dishes and cuttlery. There were lots of towels, and a very roomy shower. We also like the in suite laundry and the water / ice dispenser in the fridge. We did however run short of hot water a few times so we adjusted the laundry and dishwashing schedule to accommodate. The owners of some of the other condos in the complex were very warm and receptive to our being visitors and always took time to say hello and ask if we were enjoying our stay. We would often see them while walking on the beach and they would offer tips on various excursions and adventures and clued us in to some of Maui's dining delights such as Cafe O Lei with the best Asian Ribs on the planet! We always felt welcome and appreciated. The on site grounds manager Paul does a truly magnificent job of keeping the whole property pristine and was easily able to answer any questions we had about the abundance of colorful plant life on the property. The beautiful pool and hot tub area were cleaned and treated early every morning before most people even woke up. We were very pleased to see him again on this visit. There was one thing we definetely needed more of..... and that was time! No matter how long you stay ay the Kihei Holiday you will surely find yourself wishing you never had to leave. We are already planning our next visit. Thanks to everyone there for a most unfogettable time.

  this location is the best! miles of easily accessible beach across the street, condo has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

  We stayed at Roberts condo for 9 days and were very happy with the cleanliness,the amenities,and the location is perfect as it is almost exactly in the middle of Maui ...so you can drive anywhere in decent time.We especially liked that the condo was quiet and being on the ground level was an added bonus..close to pool and beach.

  This was a great place for us to stay in Maui. Close to beaches, shopping and very central to get around Maui. Owner was very helpful and made sure everything was in order before we arrived. Thanks for a great vacation memory and we will be back!

  We rented for a week at this property and had a great time. The layout of the complex unfortunately means you can't see the ocean from the unit but it was just a 100 yards from the front door to the beach. The owner has supplied the unit with gear to enjoy the beaches, including umbrellas, chairs, and snorkel gear. The entertainment systems are a little outdated but the unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

  Recently, I had the pleasure of spending a wonderfully relaxing seven days in this condo. Right across the street from Sugar Beach, this adorable two bedroom condo had everything that I needed. Every morning I'd have coffee and then run on the beach. This unit had boogie boards, awesome beach chairs and umbrellas. A few nights I spent just watching movies on the huge flat screen tv. The kitchen came stocked with all that I needed to cook any meal or prep for the grill. Out by the onsite pool I found two amazingly clean and huge BBQs. Also, I loved that the front door had a combination lock so that I never had to worry about losing my key. One of the best condo deals on Maui. I'll be back for sure!

  We had a wonderful holiday! The condo was clean, spacious and the beds comfy, Robert was helpful with any questions we had. The guidebook in the condo was a great help to us. We used our car almost exclusively and went all over the island, swimming, snorkeling,and hiking. Sunsets on the beach across the street were beautiful and it was a great walking beach. This was our first hawaiian holiday, we will definitely come back!

  The condo was perfect for our family vacation - a very spacious and comfortable unit, ground floor patio doors open to green space, just steps from a pool/ hot tub. Cross the road, and we were on the beach. Great time! Reasonable Rates! Recommended!

  This condo was everything it was promised to be. It was clean (condo and pool), quiet, easy to find and get into when you arrive in the middle of the night and had a lot of 'extras' like beach equipment, DVDs, books, and easy to access wireless internet. Robert was a very accommodating host, answering every email and calling to make sure things were going well. Since we couldn't get the CD player to work he even had a new one delivered while we were there! Our adult son would have liked to have been closer to where all the action was further south so he could have gone out at night, but my husband and I enjoyed the quiet evenings after a busy day of sightseeing and beach touring.
