Unobstructed views of the Success, Big Stick, No You Don't, Champion, Little Stick and Deer Hollow Ski Runs plus the entire base area.

Remodeled 2011, this home has all the bells and whistles. Every bedroom has its own private full bathroom with double sinks. From its huge deck with an 8 person private hot tub, outdoor dining and heated BBQ setup, whole home iPod ready music system and computerized lighting system to its Gourmet Kitchen with full size SubZero Fridge, Wolf Range/Griddle, Wet bar with fridge, free standing ice maker and Miele Cappuccino/espresso maker (Starbucks quality coffee with the touch of a button) and its 4 real wood burning fireplaces with an endless supply of wood. There is a Flat screen TV's with Cable and DVD player in pretty much every Room (except the Office) and high def. DVR's in Living Room and MBR. Plus there is an Xbox and Wii with games for the kids.

The Views from this home are truly quite amazing. Since the home is on the success ski run with nothing between it and the resort, you get unobstructed views. It is situated to get views of Success, Big Stick, No You Don't, Champion, Little Stick and Deer Hollow Ski Runs plus the entire base area of the Deer Valley Ski Resort. You will enjoy watching the skiers on Success, a Green Run that basically is the back yard of the home, attempt the only steep drop on the run, it is located in perfect view from the house and is always fun to watch both the graceful and let's say 'not so graceful' make their way down.

Looking over success, your view consists of the entire Base Mountain Bowl that makes up the Deer Valley Resort. It really is a post card photo of Deer Valley's Ski Runs. If you look slightly to the left you get an Aerial view to the Base Area and Lodge. It is a wonderful view of the Resort. It is such a picturesque view. The home is located at the perfect spot on a curve of the Success Ski Run, Post Card Views are literally in every direction. As one of our guests once said while looking outside when it was snowing, 'it is like looking at a fairy-tale.

This home is located directly on the Success Ski Run, with nothing between you and the #1 Rated Ski Resort in the country. This home is unmatched by any home in Deer Valley for location. You are not looking across a street, parking lot, or even between 2 other homes to see the view. You have a 100% unobstructed view of the resort.

Success is Deer Valley's most important Ski Run and is always open if the resort is open, from the first day of the season to the last. That cannot be said of any other run on the mountain. Success is also a Green Ski Run (easy way down), this offers all skiers in your party, of any skill level, the ability to take advantage of the Ski In-Ski Out access. If you have any novice skiers with you, you will appreciate not having to drive them to the base.

The home is very Close to Town. It is a 5 minute drive to Main Street, you are as close as you can be while still being on the ski runs.

After a hard day on the slopes, grab a Cold Beer or Glass of Wine and sit back and relax in the oversized private hot tub while you watch the last of the skiers head down to the base to end another perfect Deer Valley Day. When the muscles are rejuvenated, fire up the BBQ and throw on a few steaks. If it's cold out, not to worry, there is even a heater above the BBQ to keep the Chef warm. On those mild spring days, you will love sitting around the table on the incredibly spacious deck, watching the skiers by day and the occasional Deer and even Moose after the resort closes.

Sit and relax in front of the real wood fire while you listen to your favorite iPod music play on the whole home system, watch the skiers pass by the 20 foot high windows, and sip on a Cappuccino that is every bit as good as the one you would get from your favorite coffee house. Or flip on the 50 inch HD flat screen and enjoy one of your favorite movies from our collection of hundreds of new and old classic movies. The Wet Bar has a Sink with RO water maker plus and undercount ice maker and fridge so everything you may need is close at hand. Maybe you want to catch up on your email at our 'Internet Bistro Bar'. It has seating for four, full on views of the skiers and the resort, plenty of plugs for every device and free WIFI. Plus there is a Dining Table with seating for 8 and 4 more at the adjacent 'Internet Bistro Bar' if needed. The kitchen is equipped with the best of everything you need. A 60 inch SubZero, Wolf Range with Griddle, the quietest Miele dishwasher you will never hear and 2 sinks so you never have to interrupt the chef. Plus all the dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils and appliances you will need to feel at home.

The Den is a Cozy and Functional room where you can put your feet up, read a book, watch some TV or pay a video game. This is a great space for the kids of all ages to play. It is equipped with a 42in Flat Screen HD TV with a DVD player and HD Cable box, so you can catch up on all you missed while you were out for the day. Kids of all ages will appreciate the Gamers Station. It has an Xbox and Wii with one monitor for each, who says you have to take turns. When you are on vacation, the rules change.

The Office Loft has plenty of room to work with a full size Desk with a 24 in. widescreen monitor and a printer that await your laptop. It is located just above the Great Room so you will have privacy but you will still be close to everyone. While you are sitting at the oversized desk, you can enjoy great views of the skiers passing by that will motivate you to get finished and get out there.

The Master Bedroom is both romantic and fun. Lie back in the King Size Bed in front of the fire under the 15 foot vaulted ceilings and enjoy the views. From this bedroom you will love the aerial view of the Snow Park Lodge, Base Activity, Deer Hollow Ski Run and the St. Regis Hotel. It also has a beautiful 15 foot tall Wood Burning Fireplace so you can enjoy the warmth and sounds from the real wood fire. The Fireplace is the focal point of this Master Retreat.

But if you want to watch something other than the fire, you have a 50 inch Flat Screen HD TV mounted on the fireplace with a DVD player and HD DVR.

The Master Bathroom has plenty of room and has a large counter for two with double sinks and a large shower plus a bath tub, everything you need is here.

Besides the master, the home has 3 additional Guest Bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is the largest Guest Bedroom. It is has an en suite bathroom and a Queen Size Bed, Wood Burning Fireplace, Flat Screen TV with DVD, double sink bathroom counter, shower and tub. This room could be considered a Master Bedroom in many homes. It is very comfortable

In addition to the items already mentioned, the home has many other extras to make you trip an enjoyable one. There is Ski Prep Room which is a nice place to put your skis and all those other wet things, there is also a boot dryer. Adjacent is a 'dressing area' to put on all that ski gear.

The house is iPod Ready (or Any MP3 Player). It has a whole house sound system that covers almost every room with any music you choose. You supply the IPod. There is a Home Automation setup for Computerized Lights. You can set the level of dozens of lights with a single button push. It covers all the living Areas of the home plus the Master Bedroom.

You will find a Movie library with Hundreds of Titles so you can enjoy a good collection of new and old classic and not so classic movies. Also a Kids Movie Library with Lots of Titles to keep the little ones entertained for the visit. There is a collection of Board Games from Monopoly to Trivial Pursuit and some you probably have not heard of, is also here. A Book collection is on hand. There are quite a few books so you are sure to find one you will like to sit back with and enjoy.

The house also has a Private Garage for 2 Cars so you can keep your car out of the snow and ready to go without any shoveling or scraping. No parking garages to worry about here.
