This amazing retreat has an outstanding WEST facing backyard with Firepit, Salt Water pebble tech pool, waterfall, and spa. Boasting some of the most Amazing Sunrise and Sunset Views. Once inside this home you will enjoy walls of glass while panning the views from one of the most popular open floor plans that PGA West has to offer!

This 2611 sq. ft. gorgeous desert retreat has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a large great room that accommodates seating for 7 in living room, 6-8 in dining room, 4 at the kitchen island bar plus sit down wet bar. It has terrific bedroom separation including a detached roomy guest Casita. Great for couples, families, or those who enjoy additional privacy!

Bedrooms:
1) Private Casita features NEW King mattress bed, plus a queen sofa sleeper, port-a crib, kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker, walk-in closet, step in shower and french doors that open up to the courtyard. A bath robe.
2) Primary Bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, recliner chair, small built in desk with printer, primary bath has large soaking tub, two separate sinks plus sit down vanity, large step in shower, and walk in closet. 2 Bath Robes.
3) Guest room has a super comfy queen bed with large tub shower and spacious sink area. A bath robe.

*All bedrooms have quality linens, pillows, comforters, and extremely comfortable mattresses, plus fully stocked with toilet paper and many toiletries.

Kitchen:
Features a large cooking island, FULLY stocked with all cookware, blender, espresso machine, Keurig, a coffee maker, coffee grinder, orange juicer, toaster, mixer, blender, waffle iron, crockpot, tea kettle, sharpened henckel knives, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and much more. Always stocked with paper plates, napkins, plastic forks, red solo cups, paper towels, and everything a chef needs to cook and entertain! Including oils and lots of spices! Perfect for the gourmet cook!

New 65” Samsung Neo QLed Smart TV in Great Room with Yamaha Amp - Featuring Airplay, Surround Sound with high quality speakers.

We are so delighted to share our dream vacation home with you and take pride in keeping it up for all future guests. Home is family friendly, well organized, sterilized and cleaned with 72 hours between all new guests. We personally inspect and restock our property before and after each guest!

A lovely home away from home
I have stayed at this lovely home before. It has all the comforts of home. It is immaculately clean and very well supplied with everything one might need for an enjoyable vacation.

Fantastic two week vacation
The owner was on point on every aspect of our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and super clean. The owner thought of everything from top of the line bedding and towels, excellent kitchen utensils and appliances, pool toys, beach towels and sun screen! The gated community is exceptional and La Quinta is a nice up scale community. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and kept in touch with us to make sure all was good with our stay. We have never had such great contact with the home owner. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home in La Quinta!

Quiet luxurious property with private pool
Our family of four rented this beautiful home for 6 nights. The house had everything we needed and more. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed. We had plenty of space and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the sun. The house was also in a quiet gated neighborhood so it was tranquil and relaxing. The only downside is that it was about a 30 minute drive to Palm Desert and a 45 minute drive to Palm Springs. So a bit remote depending on where you wanted to go. Otherwise everything was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great house
This is our second stay at this home and we will definitely return! All the beds are very comfortable, good pillows and sheets, nice towels. Hairdryers, bath gel, soap in every bathroom. Travel size shampoos also. Kitchen is well stocked with baggies, foil, olive oil, coffee maker, grinder, filters. Beach towels, games and books available. Sherri has the place meticulously organized and very well stocked with almost anything you may need. Back patio and pool are wonderful! There are wonderful pool floats avaiu. There is even a rolling umbrella which comes in handy for the late afternoon sun.

Amazing Vacation
What a beautiful home. We have been renting houses for several years and have never stayed in the same one more than once… until now. This home is perfect! It is so well appointed and cared for that you only need to bring you and your clothes. The owners keep their home immaculate and inviting. In the mornings we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit with our coffee watching the sun rise over the mountains and golf course. The paragliders and hot hair balloons made it even more majestic. During the day we golfed, explored new restaurants, hiked in the desert, biked, or just spent a relaxing evening grilling poolside and watching the sun set. In the evenings we played games, read a good book, or watched TV on the big screen. Sherri is so quick to respond to any of our needs and is always very concerned that our stay is perfect. It WAS Sherri! Thank you and your family for sharing your amazing home.
