Our condo is GULF-FRONT, with three bedrooms and three bath, and located on the fifth floor. We are one unit from the west corner of the building which gives us incredible views further down the beach than interior units even from the master bedroom!
King-size bed in the master bedroom with oversized tub in the master bath. Queen-size bed in the second bedroom with a private bath. Two Twin beds in the third bedroom with a private bath.
The living room couch folds out into a double bed and there is a portable playpen and highchair for the little ones. Corian countertops and all new kitchen appliances and utensils make cooking a breeze, while leather recliners overlook the Gulf of Mexico and chairs on the balcony make for perfect dolphin watching days. All bedrooms have TV/DVD combinations and there is a CD player in the living room. We provide beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you each morning and the unit is stocked with books and board games for the family.
Convenient - Our unit is just five steps from the elevator. Daily beach service includes 2 chairs and umbrella. Additional set ups available for rental in the office.

Why the Owner Chose Island Princess
We bought our second home on Okaloosa Island because of the sugar white soft sand and the beautiful green blue clear water. The dolphins playing in the gulf each morning make breakfast on the balcony an extreme pleasure.

I was a little nervous booking with an individual instead of a company, but the transaction was easy and smooth. The prices were better than the real estate co, so we could stay longer. The condo was as described. The furniture was very comfortable, which is important. It was leather recliners and a comfy couch, not hard wicker or other trendy beach decor. Umbrella service was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The 5th floor view was perfect, the complex was quiet, the gym nice and the pool/hot tub was relaxing. We will definitely stay here again. Owner was easy to reach, we had no problems.

We had a wonderful time in Ft. Walton. One of the nicest things about our stay was the condo. The condo is tastefully decorated, with modern appliances and like new furniture. The unit is spacious, clean and well kept, and the bedrooms each have an adjoining bathroom. But the view is BREATHTAKING!. The Living Room and the Master Bedroom have a open view of the shoreline. We sat out on the balcony and just soaked in the view. The Island Princess is well maintained and has a covered parking garage, which made it nice getting in & out of the car during the day. The owner was cordial and professional, and helped our visit to be event free. We can certainly reccomend the owners and there condo. We hope to do this again in the future!

We vacation in the Destin/Ft Walton area every year and love it. The condo is the nicest and most spacious one we have ever stayed in. We have told lots of people about how much we enjoyed our stay there..

Our First trip to the Emerald Coast

We had gotten a late start on our vacation, however arrived safely with excellent directions from the Carraway’s. Upon entering the rental, the feeling of exhaustion from our trip was extinguished by a calm, relaxed sense of "home sweet home!" All amenities needed are provided and we didn’t have to pack the kitchen sink. We couldn't help but take a deep relaxing breath as you hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shoreline welcoming you in. The view let’s you know why it is called the Emerald coast. There is easy access to the hot tub, pool, and beach. There are a variety of activities for kids of all ages; from “putt-putt” to dolphin catamaran cruises, great eateries and shopping. Thanks again for the great accommodations and making our first trip to the emerald coast, the first of many!

Beautiful, spacious unit! Wonderful for families with children, as it is close to the elevator and has plenty of space for little ones to run around without fear of breaking anything! The views are amazing, best that we have found on the island...especially enjoyed the abundance of dolphin sightings right from the balcony! Thanks for a well stocked, organized,up to date condo to make our vacation very relaxing!
