This is a unique opportunity to stay in a private home that is rented for only limited time periods each year. It is a fine single family, smoke-free, mountain home with all of the comforts.
Upon entering our home you look through large windows showing outstanding views of the beautiful Vail Valley. Families with kids or groups of ten to twelve will enjoy the three finished levels that provide comfort and privacy in order to fulfill your vacation needs.
On the main floor you will find a master bedroom and bath along with a complete kitchen, dining, entry, mud room, powder room and family room.
The upstairs offers a king bed and an additional loft area with two twin beds and full bath. The walk-out level has the third and forth bedrooms including a king bed and the other bedroom, two bunk beds each with a trundle bed and a third full bath.
The second family room/entertainment (TV/DVD/VCR) is conveniently located on this level, near the new six person hot tub, just outside the door in a private setting.
We are conveniently located in West Vail near the shops, grocery stores and the Vail bus stop. The Vail ski area is five minutes by car and Beaver Creek is 15 minutes away.
This is an outstanding home for the responsible group who desires privacy and comfort while enjoying all that the Vail Valley has to offer.

Our home is spacious featuring two family rooms with large couches and a great open kitchen which has been totally remodeled in 2007. The outdoor hot tub is surrounded by large pine and aspen trees which adds to the relaxing benefits of the warm waters.

We are Colorado natives who have travelled the world and have found that we live in an incredible and diverse area right here in Colorado. Vail has become our home away from home. We enjoy the skiing, hiking, road and mountain biking, golfing and fishing right outside our door and in the Vail Valley. This home has been carefully appointed to maximize casual comfort. Our home is warm and spacious for up to 12 people. As a winter ski retreat this is the perfect home to enjoy all Vail has to offer.
