These apartments are called “The terraces on the sea and nature,” because they include a beautiful view of the beach. The apartments are completely furnished and each apartment includes a dining room ( with 1 sofa that opens up easily into a bed ), kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom ( included shower ) , closet space, and ample external porch space.
Included in Price: TV, broad band, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee machine, outside chairs and table, outside shower, eating utensils and cookware, clothing rack, iron and ironing stand, blow dryer, safe to place important belongings, emergency lights.
Parking space (included in price). Every guest is also given a key to the automatic gate to give them the absolute freedom of entering and exiting the residence.

Wir haben trotz einer sehr spontanen Buchung (Donnerstag angefragt, Sonntag angereist) einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich zuverlässig um jeden Gast. Die Wohnung war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Man sollte allerdings mit einem Auto ausgestattet sein, um die Ferienhausgegend verlassen zu können, denn das Haus liegt eher abgeschieden. Alles in allem eine günstige und tolle Alternative zu unpersönlichen Hotels!Owner response: Ringrazio la signora Karin ed Alfred per la loro testimonianza e per comportamento rispettoso di quanto a loro dato in affidamento. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Pietro ist sehr nett und gibt sich alle Mühe, auch wenn wie bei uns die Sprachbarriere sehr groß war. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und freundlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Vorallem aber auch gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand braucht man ca.5Min. Wer nicht auf reinen Sandstrand steht kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Pünktlich zu Saisonbeginn wurde der Strand von Treibgut und Müll befreit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte die jeweils ihre eigenen Vorzüge haben. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Zur Metropole Palermo, mit all ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten, ist es auch nicht weit. Allerdings ist das Autofahren dort eine Herausforderung! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Feriendomiziel von Pietro. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen, mehrere kleine Häuser, die von sich abgeteilt sind und jeweils eine größere Wohnung unten und eine kleinere Wohnung oben haben. Alles umgeben von einem schönem mediterranem Garten. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen und auch ideal als Ausgangspunkt für einige Tagesausflüge - uns hat besonders das Hinterland - die Madonie - und das kleine Städtchen Cefalu mit seinem tollem Sandstrand gefallen. Nous avons passé deux semaines excellentes en sicile dans cette location, très propre, très confortable,une grande terrasse, très calme, a proximité de la plage, pas loin des autoroutes qui permettent de visiter les quatre coins de l'ile. Pietro est trés gentil, serviable et donne de bons conseils pour les petits restaurants et les visites. Si sono dimostrati sin dal primo momento del loro arrivo, molto gentili, SIMPATICI, cordiali, aggiungerei tutti gli aggettivi del vocabolario italiano, per esprimere la stima che ho provato per questi signori Io spero tanto, anzi tantissimo in un loro prossimo ritorno. Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances en Sicile, la résidence est idéalement située pour visiter l'ile: grands axes autoroutiers facile d'accés pour visiter les principaux sites historiques. La location est propre et confortable, l'acceuil très sympa! Seul petit bémol, l'insonorisation qui en fonction des voisins peut être génant. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve en Sicile, avec comme base cette location de qualité. Propreté, confort, vue mer de notre terrasse à l'étage avec son barbecue et surtout l'accueil de Pietro, notre sympathique propriétaire souriant et plein de bons conseils.
