Our beautiful condo, 1006 Navarre Towers, has been completely remodeled and offers a beautiful new kitchen, cabinets, counter tops, ceramic tile throughout the unit! It was professionally decorated in a beach cottage style that if fun, tropical and romantic! Unit 1006 is perfect for 2 families or couples vacationing together because we have a king in both the master and second bedroom.
The island also offers great beach activities - beach volleyball, waverunners, sailboats! Come relax with us while you enjoy all that Navarre Beach has to offer. Remember Navarre Towers is located on the quiet part of the beach. Our island walking path is being enjoyed by all - walkers, roller bladers and bikers! Bikes, kyaks, surfboards, sailboats, waverunners can all be rented on the island for your enjoyment of both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. The Sound is beautiful and the boaters, fishermen, water lovers enjoy it during every season.
Unit 1006 is a two bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 10th floor and has spectacular views of the Gulf from the master bedroom and the living space. The unit is Gulf front and from the balcony all of the Gulf's beauty is enjoyed! Each bedroom has a king bed in it so it's perfect for 2 couples vacationing together. The second bedroom has a king and a twin! 1006 has wonderful ceramic tile throughout, new furnishings that are upscale, tropical and fun! The new gourmet kitchen will have everything you need. This is not the typical rental unit and it has everything you will need to make your stay at Navarre just what you've been dreaming of. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sand and surf, then Navarre is the place for your next vacation. The Gulf front pool is heated spring and fall, there are 2 lighted tennis courts and the exercise room is open and waiting on you! We have given great attention to the details throughout the unit -ample linens, dishes, accessories. Our master bedroom is spacious, romantic and you will have a spectacular view of the emerald blue waters while lying in your king-sized bed. There is a bistro set in the master which is perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee each morning. The second bedroom is also spacious and its decor is colorful and fun! It has a king sized bed and a twin bed in it. The living space boasts nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, and wall to wall windows for spectacular views. The dining area easily accommodates our guests and the furnishings throughout are both comfortable and tropical. The unit has 3 TV's, DVD's, and VCR. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living space with allows the condo to comfortably sleep seven. Our balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or living space and is a great place to watch the dolphin, surfers and romantic sunsets. Our check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am Central Standard Time. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
The manicured complex boasts a large Gulf front seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, an exercise room and an outdoor grilling station. Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is available right in front of the complex. We have a walking, bike path that runs the entire length of the island. The State Park is on the east end of the island (within walking distance) and we are guarded on the west by the National Seashore. Fishing, dining, golfing, shopping or just beach walking... what more could you want for the perfect vacation spot? Come relax and enjoy all that Navarre Beach and especially 1006 Navarre Towers have to offer!
