Our beautiful condo, 1006 Navarre Towers, has been completely remodeled and offers a beautiful new kitchen, cabinets, counter tops, ceramic tile throughout the unit! It was professionally decorated in a beach cottage style that if fun, tropical and romantic! Unit 1006 is perfect for 2 families or couples vacationing together because we have a king in both the master and second bedroom.
The island also offers great vacation activities - beach volleyball, waverunners, sailboats! Come relax with us while you enjoy all that Navarre Beach and Santa Rosa Sound have to offer. Remember Navarre Towers is located on the quiet part of the beach. Our island walking path is being enjoyed by all - walkers, roller bladers and bikers! Bikes, kyaks, surfboards, sailboats, waverunners can all be rented on the island for your enjoyment of both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound. The Sound is beautiful and the boaters, fishermen, water lovers enjoy it during every season.
Unit 1006 is a two bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 10th floor and has spectacular views of the Gulf from both the master bedroom and the living space. The unit is Gulf front and from the balcony all of the Gulf's beauty is enjoyed! Each bedroom has a king bed in it so it's perfect for 2 couples vacationing together. The second bedroom has a king and a twin! 1006 has wonderful ceramic tile throughout, new furnishings that are upscale, tropical and fun! The new gourmet kitchen will have everything you need. This is not the typical rental unit and it has everything you will need to make your stay at Navarre just what you've been dreaming of. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sand and surf, then Navarre is the place for your next vacation. The Gulf front pool is heated spring and fall, there are 2 lighted tennis courts and the exercise room is open and waiting on you! We have given great attention to the details throughout the unit -ample linens, dishes, accessories. Our master bedroom is spacious, romantic and you will have a spectacular view of the emerald blue waters while lying in your king-sized bed. There is a bistro set in the master which is perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee each morning. The second bedroom is also spacious and its decor is colorful and fun! It has a king sized bed and a twin bed in it. The living space boasts nine foot ceilings, crown moldings, and wall to wall windows for spectacular views. The dining area easily accommodates our guests and the furnishings throughout are both comfortable and tropical. The unit has 3 TV's, DVD's, and VCR. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living space with allows the condo to comfortably sleep seven. Our balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or living space and is a great place to watch the dolphin, surfers and romantic sunsets. Our check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am Central Standard Time. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
The manicured complex boasts a large Gulf front seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, an exercise room and an outdoor grilling station. Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is available right in front of the complex. We have a walking, bike path that runs the entire length of the island. The State Park is on the east end of the island (within walking distance) and we are guarded on the west by the National Seashore. Fishing, dining, golfing, shopping or just beach walking... what more could you want for the perfect vacation spot? Come relax and enjoy all that Navarre Beach and especially 1006 Navarre Towers have to offer!

We just got back to Indiana from a week at Navarre Beach. We loved our stay at this condo. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The wireless internet was down and Betty sent someone at break neck speed to help us out. Michelle even reprogrammed the tv remote for us. We were so happy with our stay there. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. And to say that the beds were comfortable is an understatement. They were so comfortable I plan to buy the same brand for our home. We plan to stay in this condo again soon.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

When I first got there~The outside door was dirty~I thought" oh no"~~But as soon as I opened up the door I feel in love with the condo.Like home away from home. It was clean and decorated beautifuly. Two king size comfortable beds~Beautiful view of the Gulf~From the balcony~Nice pool~Washer and dryer~Nice quiet beach~A gated community made it feel safe~I hope to go back to the same condo next year~~So I am going to start saving now!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

First of all, the rental fee is not $100/night but at the $125 we were charged we feel the room was adequate. I do think that the cleaning fee could be better spent. It appeared that the floor under the edge of the sofa had not been swept and we lifted the place mats off of the table for games and "whew!" the smell! Also, I washed my face with a wash rag that was soured - not very pleasant. The room was a great size for our family - the extra king bed in the off bedroom was a very nice idea. We did mention on several occassions that the person who picked out the dining furniture must not have sat in it prior to purchase. It did NOT make for comfortable card playing! Navarre Beach is great. Close enough to the action if you want action - but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet (other than the crashing of the waves - but that is wonderful "noise!") The keyless entry system is awesome! Not to have to worry with taking a key with you when you leave the room and keeping up with it is great. No checking in - went straight to the room and that was wonderful.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
Owner response: We are quite surprised at these comments. She is correct about 1 thing - the summer nightly rate is not $100.00 per night! The rates are posted and agreed to before renting our unit and her rates were discounted significantly below what is posted for the summer. Also the guest showed up to check in at noon (3 hours early) so we apologize if the clean was not completed to their satisfaction. But most importantly, all guests are asked to contact me upon arrival or during their stay if there is anything not up to the high standards that we keep all of our condos in and I never heard from them.. We appreciate feedback - good and bad - so that we can address anything that needs attention with either housekeeping or maintenance. As far as the dining room chairs - I picked them out and find them very comfortable! She is also correct about how wonderful Navarre Beach is! So far, the oil spill has had little impact on our area. We are glad that they enjoyed the keyless entry for the unit. Most of our guests find it a wonderful addition to the condo.

This is a great unit on a great beach! The listing description is very accurate and the photos only show a 2d perspective-the actual is much better. The views from the balcony and master bedroom are simply awesome. The unit was very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you could need-just like home. We especially liked the combo door lock-no need to worry with a key on the beach! Speaking of the beach, if you havent experienced the emerald coasts white sugar beaches ,youre in for a treat. Navarre beach is a rare gem that is relatively undeveloped and secluded- no hotels, no fast food, no distractions(just cross the bridge to the mainland for all that stuff). The beaches are clean and the ocean is clean and clear . Id have no hesitation recommending this unit to any of my family or friends. Oh yeah, be sure to take the short drive to pensacola beach thru the gulf islands national seashore- unforgettable beauty. Check out the tuesday night concerts at the pavilion, the naval air museum is great too, several forts if youre a history buff..and the blue angels practice on tuesdays and wednesdays. Lest I forget, James with vip beach rentals is fun and helpful with chair/umbrella rentals along with kayaks(even a glass bottom canoe) and a surf board..I had a great time on the kayak and experienced dolphins a mere 2 feet away...writing this makes me want to go back soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
