Nice place to stay. Wonderful little sand area for the kids to play off of the porch. You couldn’t see the beach from the porch due to the dunes but still recommend this property. Host communication was excellent !

For two people it’s ideal if you like being off the grid it’s excellent no TV no Wi-Fi three days being off the grid talk with the Hosts said it was out of her hands place was clean. Beaches were nice. Enjoyed that part.

The host was very communicative and answered messages promptly. The directions and guidelines were clear. The location is perfect and has straight-out access to the beach. The back porch was relaxing. Close-by restaurants are very good, and one is pet-friendly, indoors!

Is a studio apartment not a 1 bedroom. The upstairs guests were a HUGE disturbance. Felt and sounded like a herd of elephants above us. There were 2 toilets on the carport that had just been changed out that no one bothered to dispose of. Seeing that as we pulled up to park was NOT a great first impression. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

We were very sorry about the toilets, they were removed on Monday, sometimes we can’t find services on Saturday or Sunday. We talked to the renters upstairs and they were very respectful of the quiet time but you were complaining about quiet time at 4:00pm in the afternoon, also it will be nice if you have left the property in a better shape and not as dirty as you did.

Access to the room was easy, the room was tidy, and beach access was great. But the room flooded the 2nd day we were there while we were out and I reached out to the host when we got back about all the water standing in the room and all she seamed worried about was where the water was coming from which was the back deck that was also flooded. I sent her pics of the water in the room and of the porch and she made no effort to offer any type of help. I reached out today for maybe some of my money back because we spent almost 2 hours soaking up water with towels and ringing them out so her flooring wasnt ruined. I still have not heard back from her. "I have the text conversation saved" It will be a great room for anyone going as long as there isn't much rain predicted and u don't mind if all of the vents are coming loose and hanging from the ceiling. O and if there are 2 tvs in the room but they didn't bother taken the one that doesn't work out they just put the new one in front of it, and if there is a huge box under the stairs of beach chairs and unusable beach stuff that all needs to be taken to the road. I will never come back here! But like I said if u don't mind all those things and want to pay good money to stay for the great beach access it will be great for you! O and coming and going from the entrance might make u sick from the smell of the garbage cans!

Sand dune prevents ocean view but a 1min walk over the dune and you are at the ocean. Outdoor area is awesome. Fenced area so dogs can relax. You can listen to the waves as you relax. Fire pit is awesome! Bed is comfortable.

Room was clean and perfect location. The only complaint was the group/ party that booked the rooms above ours. They were very loud and rude with no regard to other guests and felt entitled to use our porch furniture and amenities when they had their own place. Management needs to screen people better and not allow 10 people to a room……

Great stay

Had the opportunity for a short staycation. As a local, wanted somewhere on the beach and this was very affordable and just a great location. The host was very responsive and I was very pleased with the stay and the experience and will certainly rebook in the future.
