When I came I wondered what had brought me, when it was time to leave I wondered why I had to go.
Natz ti Ha means near the water in Mayan, our lovely Condominium has a private terrace as well as a patio surrounded by tropical palm trees and native shrubs, orchids, and hibiscus blooms year round. The near olympic-size pool is never crowded and the nearby beach is the best in Playa del Carmen.
We are only a quick walk from Fifth Avenue that will provide you with all the dining and shopping opportunities you could wish for, yet we are secluded enough for you to enjoy your own private time in our walled and gated, guarded community of 36 condos.
We accept credit cards through our email address or through our manager. We provide all our guests with a current pictured brochure telling them about Playa del Carmen, our favorite restaurants, where to shop, and of course about our condo, the pool, and the wonderful beaches, and pictures of some of the nearby Mayan ruins. This is sent to you after booking.

- Air Conditioning : 1 AC in each bedroom. Large AC for front area.
- Linens Provided : Fresh linens are provided and beds remade weekly along with cleaning of the entire premises. You can increase this service by requesting additional service of the site manager. Extra fee for extra service.

There are also spices, condiments, coffee, tea, and food stuffs. If you use something up be sure to tell the manager or e-mail us so that we can have it replaced. Ice maker included

- Charcoal BBQ Grill : For extra enjoyment a large built in charcoal grill is on the roof. Ideal for an evening party with a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea, the island of Cozumel to the east,and the much of Playa del Carmen.
- Deck/Patio : Our large semi-private stone patio will easily seat 12 people.
- Lanai : A large veranda off the living room and looking onto the patio is excellent for private moments or large groups. With all the door open, living, dining, veranda and patio open into one large space for large group entertaining.

My family of 4 spent Chrismas week of 2011 at this lovely condo. My adult son and daughter shared the guest room and we enjoyed lots of space. It was great having two full baths. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside on the huge patio each morning in the shade of the lush tropical foliage that surrounded it. The pool area and grounds are maintained perfectly. Our morning alarm clock was the birds chirping. The condo was spotless. The security men around the condos were very welcoming and helpful. Most people in Playa del Carmen spoke some English, so there was not much language problems. The close proximity to shopping and restaurants made it so easy by walking to everything. We did rent a car to go to Xel-Ha, X Caret, and Tulum, as well as to and from the airport. While in Playa del Carmen, we did not use the car, as we could easily walk. The ferry to Cozumel was located nearby, and we enjoyed one day there snorkeling at Chankanaab Park. Shari has done an excellent job of furnishing her condo with everything we needed to make our vacation a memorable one.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.

we were a bit leary about staying off a resort on our 1st visit to playa del carmen since we didn't know how safe it was, the location was wonderful and very very safe, we felt at ease our entire week. The condo was very comfortable with all the wants and needs thought of. The condo was larger than i thought it would be and very cean. The bbq was not gas, but charcoal, other than that everything that was offered was there. The on site manager and staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was spotless. I would definately reccomend to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy this beautiful city.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
