We invite you to come play on our sun-drenched, white sand beaches and swim in the crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets and watching dolphins frolicking in the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico right from your living room and kitchen. Take in absolutely gorgeous views of the Gulf and private beach directly from the balcony as well. It is all yours here at Pelican Isle.
This third level unit is located beachfront on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico overlooking the pool and beach. Our unit is nicely decorated and comes with 820+ square feet complete with all the amenities. Our unit features a large master bedroom including a king-size bed and two custom built-in bunkbeds in the hall allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The living room features a 37' flat screen HDTV, Blue-Ray/DVD/CD player, VCR, as well as a separate stereo with a three-CD and AM/FM radio. The bedroom also features a 32' flat screen HDTV witha Blue-Ray/DVD/CD player. The Blue-Ray/DVD/CD players are internet accessible to download movies from online movie rental sites such as Netflix. The TVs feature USB and HDMI connections for IPods, MP3 players and other media. Wi-Fi internet access is provided at no extra charge.
Ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room add extra comfort to the central air. Our condominium has a well-equipped kitchen. It also features two full baths and a full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit.
Complimentary daily beach service is included with all rentals from March 1 and October 31.
This unit is SMOKE-FREE, which means no smoking in the unit nor on the balcony. This unit does not allow pets.
Pelican Isle’s amenities include over 300 feet of private, sugar sand beach; a large heated beachfront pool located next to the outdoor spa, lounge chairs, and well-kept grounds. There is also a beach dune walkover for your convenience. Pelican Isle also features a private activity and fitness room overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Pelican Isle provides elevator access to all floors as well as complimentary parking.
Pelican Isle is one of the newest condominiums on Okaloosa Island consisting of only six floors. Since the complex is a low-rise made up of only 98 units, the beach and pool areas remain quiet and less crowded than in many other complexes.
Enjoy all the benefits of being within five miles of Destin without the heavy traffic and beach congestion. It is conveniently located close to shopping, beachfront dining, the famous Okaloosa Fishing Pier, water parks, championship golf, amusement parks, parasailing, miniature golf, deep-sea fishing, factory outlet mall, yacht club, jet-skiing, snorkeling, diving, sailing, dolphin cruises, and many more recreational activities.
If you don’t want to drive or rent a car, shuttle service around Okaloosa Island and to Destin is provided by the Okaloosa County Transit during the busy times of the year. Stops are made at restaurants, shopping, beach locations and many local attractions.
Want to come by airline and rent a car? Fly directly into Fort Walton Beach (VPS) Okaloosa Regional Airport, nearby Pensacola (from the west) or Panama City (from the East). If you prefer to drive, you can be sipping umbrella drinks sitting in the sun within six hours from Atlanta, four hours from Birmingham or New Orleans, and nine hours from Memphis, Nashville or Houston.
We know your vacation time is valuable so stay with the best on the beach. You will love the views, the sunsets, the white sand beach, the heated pool and hot tub, and the wonderful shopping, delectable dining and local attractions Fort Walton Beach and Destin have to offer.
RENTAL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Beach Service is included for rentals 3/1 - 10/31.
2. Minimum stays of 4 or 5 nights apply.
3. Weekly rates are for 7 night stays.
4. Refundable security deposit of $200 required.
5. Florida rental tax of 11% will be added to all rentals.
6. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If you have a smoker in your party, this is not the unit for you.
7. No pets.
8. Maximum of 4 guests allowed; at least one guest must be 25 years or older

Stayed here for a few nights and absolutely loved it! The pictures seriously don't do it justice! Perfect balcony overlooking the beach. Kitchen has all the dishes and appliances we needed. Big comfy bed. The condo is located directly beside a side stairwell which leads down to an entrance with quick access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We very much enjoyed our week in this condo. The photos are accurate; it’s right on the beach and above the pool, with views of the sunrise and sunset. It’s comfortably and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and provided our utensil needs, right down to the coffee filters. It is in a great location; the building and the others near it are all midrise, not high rise, so we never felt overshadowed while walking on the very fine beach. There were always parking spaces, too. We never spoke directly to Robin, but she answered all our queries by email, and we appreciated her restaurant and seafood market recommendations. There is a large Publix supermarket nearby as well. This was our first trip to this area. While we were there we drove as far east as Santa Rosa Beach and as far west as Pensacola. We saw no other place we’d prefer to stay on our next trip to the Panhandle.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The condo is beautifully decorated, and is right on the beach! The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a meal, and there were even coffee filters there, which I appreciated very much, as I forgot to buy them. ;) The pool is nice, although it only goes up to 4'. Parking was never an issue, there was always plenty of parking out front. I never got a chance to speak to Robin in person, but she was very helpful in answering all my questions through email. She even recommended some restaurants for us, which was nice. We really enjoyed our stay here. One other thing, it was really great to stay in a non-smoking place that is truly non-smoking. No smell of cigarettes whatsoever.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have stayed in this condo 3 times in the last year. The last time was for Thanksgiving week. This unit is so well equipped, I was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner! The view is wonderful and the project is clean and friendly. I just wish all units were non-smoking like this one. The cigarette and cigar smoke from neighboring units can be smelled from the balcony sometimes.Recommended for: Age 55+.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this condo. The owners were so nice and did a great job welcoming us. We liked the location of this condo because it was close to the beach and offered an awesome view. The furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. Unit 217 had all the amenities needed to make it a wonderful vacation....even high speed Internet access. One thing we did notice and appreciate was how clean the unit was.
