This third level, platinum-rated unit is located beachfront on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico overlooking the pool and beach. Our unit is professionally decorated and comes with over 800 square feet complete with all the amenities. Our unit features a large master bedroom including a king-size bed and 27 inch color TV, two custom built-in bunkbeds in the hall allowing the unit to comfortably accommodate up to four people. The living room armoire also houses a second 27 inch TV with DVD and VCR, as well as a separate stereo with a three-CD, AM/FM radio, and cassette player.
Ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living room add extra comfort to the central air. Our condominium has a well-equipped kitchen. It also features two full baths and a full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit. This unit is SMOKE-FREE, which means no smoking in the unit nor on the balcony. This unit does not allow pets. Our unit also features FREE daily beach service (for rentals between March 1 and October 31) that includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, a $25.00 daily value.
Pelican Isle’s amenities include over 300 feet of private, sugar sand beach; a large heated beachfront pool located next to the outdoor spa, lounge chairs, and well-kept grounds. There is also a beach dune walkover for your convenience. We also have a private activity and fitness room overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Pelican Isle provides elevator access to all floors as well as complimentary parking.
Pelican Isle is one of the newest luxury condominiums on Okaloosa Island consisting of only six floors. Since the complex is a low-rise made up of only 98 units, the beach and pool areas remain quiet and less crowded than in many other complexes.
Enjoy all the benefits of being within five miles of Destin without the heavy traffic and beach congestion. It is conveniently located close to shopping, beachfront dining, the famous Okaloosa Fishing Pier, water parks, championship golf, amusement parks, parasailing, miniature golf, deep-sea fishing, factory outlet mall, yacht club, jet-skiing, snorkeling, diving, sailing, dolphin cruises, and many more recreational activities.
If you don’t want to drive or rent a car, shuttle service around Okaloosa Island and to Destin is provided by the Okaloosa County Transit during the busy times of the year. Stops are made at restaurants, shopping, beach locations and many local attractions.
Want to come by airline and rent a car? Fly directly into Fort Walton Beach (VPS) Okaloosa Regional Airport or nearby Pensacola (from the West) or Panama City (from the East). If you prefer to drive, you can be sipping umbrella drinks sitting in the sun within six hours from Atlanta, four hours from Birmingham or New Orleans, and nine hours from Memphis or Nashville or Houston.

Our unit features FREE daily beach service that includes two beach chairs and one umbrella for rentals between March 1 and October 31.
Since the owners handle the management, no reservation processing, parking, administrative or impact fees are applicable.
We offer our returning guests a 10% discount on rental rates throughout the year. We also give our guests a $50.00 referral fee for any guests they refer that rent and stay with us.
A four-night minimum stay is required. Spring Break and Summer seasons require a minimum stay of seven nights - Saturday to Saturday unless offered otherwise.
Weekly rates are for seven nights and require a minimum stay of seven nights - Saturday to Saturday.
Refundable security deposit of $200 required for all reservations.
Florida sales and tourist development tax of 11% will be added to all rentals.
No Smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. If you have a smoker in your party, this is not the unit for you.
No Pets.
Maximum of four guests allowed; at least one guest must be 25 years or older.
