This townhouse unit has an ocean view from both lanais. Enjoy watching the whales with your morning cup of coffee. Later in the evening, wind down watching for the "green flash" at sunset.
The one bedroom/one bath unit has been remodeled from top to bottom. The kitchen has been updated with Corian counters and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. Cooking utensils are provided for those to want to enjoy 'eating in'.
The living area is located on the upper floor of this townhouse unit. There is a TV/DVD available for your enjoyment along with a CD player. The lanai on this floor has a table and chairs for relaxation. A dining area features a table with seating for four.
The bedroom and bath are located on the lower floor. A king-size bed and a small twin day bed are available. A screened lanai is off the bedroom with a small table and chairs for your use. A full bath is located on the lower level.
There are two swimming pools located on the property. Relax with a good book while sitting in the shade at the covered tables or soak up the sun while lying on the chaise.
