Relax and rejuvenate in the tranquility of our home in Keauhou Resort. Located just south of Kailua-Kona, this unique townhouse community is nestled in a five acre tropical garden.
This townhouse unit has an ocean view from both lanais. Enjoy watching the whales with your morning cup of coffee. Later in the evening, wind down watching for the "green flash" at sunset.
The one bedroom/one bath unit has been remodeled from top to bottom. The living room furniture was recently updated. The sofa has a queen sleeper, which will accomodate 2 addtional guests. The kitchen has been updated with Corian counters and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator. Cooking utensils are provided for those to want to enjoy 'eating in'.
The living area is located on the upper floor of this townhouse unit. There is a TV/DVD available for your enjoyment along with a CD player. The lanai on this level was expanded and refurbished in 9/09. It has a table, chairs and umbrella. An electric BBQ grill is also on the lanai. The dining area features a table with seating for four.
The bedroom and bath are located on the lower floor. The bedroom features a king size bed. A screened lanai is off the bedroom with a small table and chairs for your use. A full bath with laundry facilities, is located on the lower level.
There are two swimming pools located on the property. Relax with a good book while sitting in the shade at the covered tables or soak up the sun while lying on the chaise.

Why the Owner Chose Keauhou Resort
We chose Keauhou Resort for it's location. We are able to enjoy the amenities of Kailua-Kona and the Kona Coast, yet the unit is the mostly residential area of Keauhou. The unit is within walking distance of the ocean and the Kona Country Club Golf Course. Additionally, Keauhou Shopping Center is a 10 minute walk from the complex.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our unit was completely remodeled immediately prior to us purchasing the property in 2005. The upper and lower levels lanais were expanded and refurbished in September 2009. The living room furniture was also replaced in September 2009. We hope to provide clean accomodations, that are well equipped with modern ammenities, at a reasonable price in Hawaii. The complex is well kept, and quiet. It is centrally located to the activities and sights the Kona Coast offers visitors.
Relax under the palm trees while you watch the fishing boats leave the the pier. Volleyball, snorkeling, kayaking and picnic facilities available.
Enjoy the day on either Ocean or Mountain Courses. Great views from every tee.

We have stayed at this location several times. It has a very nice swimming pool. The balconey is quite nice, with a water view and view of the Sheraton. Nice little water areas 5 minutes away. Shopping/Food, 1 minute drive, or 5 minute walk. Great food at either the Country Club or Sam Choys.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This is a beautifully remodeled and decorated condo in the quiet Keauhou Resort, just a five minute walk from Keauhou Bay. It is clean, serene, and has every amenity a traveler could need. The location is ideal for snorkeling adventures both N & S, as well as traveling to Waimea, the Hamakua coast, or Volano NP. If you enjoy a low-key resort with tropical trees and flowers, 2 small pools, then this is the place for you. Truly a gem that Debby & Jay Hess have polished for their guests!There is a little traffic on Kam III Rd. next to the unit, but it's quiet at night and you'll awaken to the doves at dawn.

This townhouse was beautiful. It has a lovely view of the ocean and golf course in a quiet setting. Close to the beaches and harbor. Also two nice pools for the guests. Inside it was clean and equipped with all appliances ,large and small. Even the beach towels were provided! I absolutely would stay again, and highly recommend to others.
