This spacious, air-conditioned villa, is situated on a large secluded lot in Doral Woods subdivision, an attractive development of single family homes.
The home accommodates up to ten people. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and there are two pull-out queen sleepers. The large family room is tiled and there is plenty of room for family gatherings and games. Two televisions, two VCR and two DVDs are available, plus books and board games. Including a Play Station II with 10 games. For quieter times there is a formal living room where you can play chess or read.
The large 28 foot by 14 foot pool, set up for water volley ball, includes a spa and a large deck area, south-facing, with plenty of room for sunbathing. The spacious lanai has patio furniture to seat 12 people, and alternatively there is a very large formal dining room for inside dining. The kitchen is fully-equipped with every thing necessary for 12 people, and there is a gas barbecue by the pool. The property is locally managed for your convenience and the management company can arrange attraction tickets.
Convenient for Disney and all the many Orlando attractions with both Gulf and Atlantic coasts just an hour's drive away. Other local amenities include many good restaurants, supermarkets and other stores only a few minutes away.

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. We loved the floor plan and spaciousness of the home, and spent part of every day enjoying the beautiful pool area. The owner was prompt and helpful in answering our questions, and the home was well-maintained. It was an easy drive to the theme parks, and we liked the central location for taking day trips to the beach, etc. If given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
