"Cottage Fried" is a lovely, four bedroom, beach cottage nearly new.It is located in the gated neighborhood of Beach Retreat in beautiful Miramar Beach on Scenic Gulf Dr. Just steps to the crystal sands of the Gulf, it is ideally located for restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
Great attention has been given to professionally decorating Cottage Fried, with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms: A king-size master with bath; a queen with shared bath; and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Washer and dryer are also on the first floor.
On the second floor is the main master, a king-size room with bath. The living room with queen sleeper sofa, a half bath and kitchen/dining room are also on the second floor. Enjoy the view on the second floor front deck while sipping a cocktail and listening to your favorite tunes.
There are TV's in all bedrooms, some with DVD/VCR, as well as sound wired for the living room and second floor deck. At Cottage Fried it is steps to the heated pool/hot tub and workout room, and only slightly farther to the deeded access beach.
