We offer TWO SEPERATE ADJOINING Ocean Front Studio rooms. (These units are NOT time share units, rather privately owned condos for arrival and departure any day of the week and for stays of any number of nights.)Note that the prices quoted below are per unit and not for the two units combined.
Each unit has its own separate unobstructed ocean view from the balcony, fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with marble showers. We also offer free wireless internet service to our guests in our units. (These are the only two units in the complex who offer this service.)
One of the Studio units has a king sized bed, the second adjoining Studio unit has two double beds. Total occupancy for both units is six people maximum when used together.
We also offer to you various other types of rooms(from lagoon view to Ocean Front Villa) from the inventory of over 80 units in the same complex run by our on site property manager in order to make sure you will always find accommodation on site at our complex.
Our rates are reasonable year round for the budget conscious family. We charge by the night not per person, with no minimum or maximum stays. Check in and check out any day of the week. Please contact us for special discounted rates on stays of over 15 nights. We also welcome guests for long term stays from a month to longer.
The Solymar Condominium complex is located on the quiet South end of the Hotel Zone about midway between Club Med and Hilton Hotels and only 12 minutes from the Cancun airport. If you are seeking a peaceful vacation yet near all the action of Cancun, then this is the place to be. The beach in front of the hotel is now wider then ever. Our units are located on the 6th floor of the complex with the most incredible unobstructed view of the ocean. Yet we are incredibly convenient to any activity in and around Cancun. Access to anywhere in Cancun is available via public buses for 65 cents per person 24 hours a day from directly in front of our complex, or via taxi.
There is no limit on how many nights you may stay, nor do we charge anything extra for additional people in your party as longs as we can accommodate them in the rooms.
The complex has 24 hour security including gated entry, and a mini market within the complex and a non-mandatory all inclusive feature is available to all guests which can be purchased upon arrival at the discretion of the guests. Our property managers can help you arrange trips to anywhere in the area to visit the wonders of the Riviera Maya and help you find places to eat each night, shop or go for entertainment after a long day on the beach or by the pool.
If for some reason you need to cancel your confirmed vacation after you book with us the following is our cancellation policy:
Reservations cancelled more then 61 days prior to arrival are subject to a $100.00 assessment. You may reschedule your reservation however for a period of 1 year from date of receipt of your initial deposit without any penalty. On all reservations cancelled 60 days or less prior to arrival date, we apologize but you will lose your deposit unless you reschedule for arrival within 1 year upon the receipt of your initial deposit.

- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: Minimum age at spring break and graduation time is 21 for all checking in. Damage deposit of US$750.00 per person is required for each room from those checking in with anyone under 25 and in the complex for these periods.
